Picture an uninteresting anime about an uninteresting character and you will end up getting a show like this.
Now, the main issue with this series is that they chose to adapt a novel about a one-dimensional character who is just boring and dull.
The fact that the side characters are more interesting than Megumin is sad. Yunyun being a pretty good example.
They honestly could have focused on a potential sequel. The story is predictable, about a character who discovers the essence of explosions. Nothing more. The art style is pretty much the same as always.
I sadly wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The only parts that I enjoyed
...
were the parts that Megumin wasn't in, which is sad really I found her to be great before this prequel.

This is a review with regard to the anime adaptation of the Shingeki No kyojin. We are practically left off in a scenario were the alliance in its formation tried to stop an omnipotent God who is trying to save his home. The waste of time involved in doing this very act when the series could have just ended as soon as Eren told the alliance to fight for themselves w/o titan hacks is funny.
Characters: The character consistency is laughable. Hanji literally threw her life away for no practical reason. She was willing to sell out Historia in the previous season though. Armin was for
...
the rumbling and for the fact that monsters are needed for peace, but now he believes that a talk no jutsue will sort out everything. Levi being alive and useless is funny. Mikasa was always useless.
This episode was a waste of time. You are better of not watching this and waiting till the last episode of this cashcow of a series comes out.

Absolutely perfect, sadly the series that this is for is a horrible piece of literature. A shame really. I would recommend this to music video to people for what it represents, but the theories around it are trash.
The art style is perfect. The supposed character that is about is crack up though, especially since the character that this is supposedly about ends up being an absolute disaster.
The work is practically about a kid viewing his future self doing horrible acts of nature, but that kid ends up accepting the crimes that his future self has been going through.

Hey guys, I am here to give a review on Dragon Ball Super. To sum up it all up, I am disappointed. I will also be reviewing all the arcs too.
Story - Overall: 5
The story is basic and takes a certain amount of time after the Buu Saga.
The hate for this anime is understandable. The dread like we had with the Androids, Frieza, Cell or Buu is non-existent. You can ignore the 20 to 30 episodes and jump to the U6 Tournament arc. Anime wise, I would give the Battle of Gods arc and the Resurrection of Frieza arc a 5/10
The Universe 6 Tournament Arc-
...
3/10
This arc was a mess, the art was horrible, the fights were horrible and the consistency was even worse. Don’t get me started on the lack of danger. The Consistency is just horrible, Goku using Kaioken with SSB was horrible and does not help the series at all. The fights lacked danger and were predictable. The most disappointing part was when Piccolo quit. My rating for this arc is a 3/10.
The Black Goku Arc- 5.5/10
This arc is probably the best that the anime adaptation can ever provide. The future is once again being attacked by Goku’s lookalike. Sadly enough, the lookalike was immediately predicted to be Zamasu, and what’s even worse is that they are both Mary Sue’s too. Both gaining power through getting hurt. Future Trunks was unconscious for 6 hours, but nobody killed him. He was rendered useless right there. The power levels became extremely inconsistent in this arc. SS2 Trunks is apparently equal to Black. Zamasu is apparently as strong as SSB, even though he was equal to SS2 Goku earlier. What is even worse is Trunks pulling a Super Saiyan form out of his ass and using friendship power to kill the villain. There are too many problems in this arc and that is disappointing. The constant trips to the future and back will bore you to tears, and the predictability is ridiculous.
Universal Survival Arc- 4.5/10
We finally get to where we are now and all I can say is if you want characters to talk for ages then keep watching. If you want Goku’s SSB form to be degraded further, then keep on watching. In the Universal Tournament Arc, you have Goku and the others fight other universes in a battle royal.
This was disappointing, as I mentioned above, all the fighters do is talk. Apparently, everyone can match SSB and quite a lot of the new characters are like Mary Sues who just get stronger because they have the power within them, Caulifla and Kale being the best examples. This also hardly as any involvement from Toriyama himself, if you all want to see Toriyama involve himself completely, then read the manga. The worst part of this all is how badly explained the plot points are, Goku gaining a new form through no explanation was horrible. The way the Earthlings were treated throughout the arc was even worse. Guess what folks, Vegeta might be shit on, Gohan will definitely get shit on and for all we know the tournament could be a waste of time. The sense of dread is gone, since we all know U7 will survive at the end.
Characters - 4
Now despite the fact there really hasn't been too much progression with lots of these characters. The only characters that get remotely any attention is either Goku or Vegeta.
Goku- The character has been serverly degraded into a child
Vegeta- The only character that as development
Piccolo- Thrown away, like Gohan
Master Roshi, Krillin, Tien and Yamcha- Thrown away
Beerus and the other Gods of the universes have ample development. The same can be said about the angels (Whis, Vados etc)
Art - 5
The art is deplorable and it is probably the worst part of DBS in general. Everyone is a child in comparison to how they used to look. If you want an example, then look at Tien from Z and look at him now.
Sound - 7
The characters overall have great voice acting. King Kai is probably the only exception, the soundtrack is alright and the opening themes are probably the only good things about this series.
Enjoyment - 4
This is indeed the worst sequel to Z ever. Yes, even GT is better than this garbage. So far, the only thing good about this series is the fact that it is a continuation of Z.
Overall – 4/10
I recommend reading the manga, which is probably the place for every fan that wants something like Z. Sadly, Toei as spat on what was once a great franchise and made it look total garbage.

The best anime of the year is over and I am indeed impressed. After a long wait, we get a Season 2 adaption of Attack on Titan. In this season we carry on from right after Season 1.
Story-10
The story is brilliant. Once again depicting the lives of Eren, Armim, Mikasa and the other humans from within the wall. This is all about the humans fighting the titans for vengeance and slowly understanding the world of the titans. We see the struggles of almost every character and ways in which they develop too. The pacing is great and follows the manga extremely well. The animation
...
is also good for what it is and extremely well done for a 12 episode season.
Art-10
The art is amazing and shows the experiences of each character rather well.
Soundtrack-10
Having that amazing soundtrack present are one of the factors that keeps me engaged in the story. It literally makes you want to jump out of your seat and fight some titans.
Voice Actors-10
The voice actors are amazing. Especially, the voice of Eren, Christa, Ymir, Bertolt, Mikasa and so on, you can feel some realism through those voice actors.
Character-10
Lets just say that if you want to see more of the characters that you know and love, then Season 2 is the answer for you. You would have the cast from Season 1 of Attack on Titan growing even further in development and skills. With of course a few more new characters to add to the roster.
Enjoyment-10
So far so good. This anime is clearly the best of the season. Each episode gets you wanting more and more. After waiting 4 or so years after Season 1, then you can realize how much of an amazing feel this is. This contains the cast from Season 1 and more, the hinting of events to come and a masterful story with complex characters.
Overall-10
I am thoroughly enjoying this series, the characters, the animation, the story and the culmination of all the things that I have waited for. However, I would recommend that you would not jump into this season straight away. Watch from Season 1 to Season 2, mainly because this helps you understand and refresh your mind for future episodes.

And so ends, one of the most greatest anime of the season. This was rather impressive and the anime does a rather good job at adapting the manga about probably the greatest character in Magi, who is known as Sinbad to a certain degree. In this review, I will try to leave it spoiler free.
Story-9
The story is brilliant. Depicting the life of probably the strongest living character in Magi. This is a prequel series that shows us the life of Sinbad and his journey to change the world. Such as the struggles that he experiences and the people that he meets to get stronger.
...
The pacing seems rather okay at times, sometimes it does feel a bit rushed, but apart from that I find it easy to get into the mood. I have found the story filled with adventure and comedic aspects that have honestly grabbed me, and have cracked me up.
Art-8
I enjoyed the art. Not much I can say about it. The characters are drawn rather well. Animation is great.
Sound-8
Having that amazing soundtrack present is what makes me engaged in Sinbad's story. Those opening and ending songs really grab you and make you want to join up with Sinbad as well.
Voice Actors-10
They have managed to grab the same voice actors from the OVA and from the anime adaption, so I would deem this impressive. The characters in this anime feel like they are being voiced according to how they behave. They have such fitting voice actors for their respective characters.
Character-9
Lets just say that if you want to know more about the characters that Sinbad has worked with then go with the manga as well. You have Sinbad, Yunan, Ja'far, Dragul, Serendine, Badr (Sinbad's father), Esra (Sinbad's Mother), Barbarossa, Mystras, Spartos, Baal, Hinahoho, Pisti, Piprika, Zamil, Tabi etc. All these characters will be expanded on or introduced, the anime has gone through a few and helped set up the cast that Sinbad will be travelling with. Some of that cast has already been shown in the Magi Season 1 and 2 anime adaptions as well. So it would feel rather nostalgic.
Enjoyment-10
I am a major Magi fan. More Magi is never a bad thing. After waiting 2 or so years after the OVA(longer after Season 2), then you can realize how much of an amazing feel this is. This contains probably one of the most interesting characters throughout Magi. Finding out about his adventures and how he became the man that he is now is worth the adventure of watching this series. So, even though I didn't get a certain Fanalis or Magician I can say that I enjoyed the cast that we had and I found them rather hilarious.
Overall-9
I have thoroughly enjoyed this series. It does seem a bit funny at times, but just wait it will get so much better. Has always the manga is a preferred option, but this adaption is pretty good. The history of Sinbad, Sinbad's friends, family and so on. If you are here to witness who he was as a child, why he became who he is right now and what caused him to become great, then this is the anime for you.
Let us all hope for that Season 2 everyone!

So, I have read through this manga in practically a day. At first, I dropped it around chapter 110 and then picked it up today because I heard that shit actually happened.
As always, I went with the anime before hitting the manga, so this review might be in conjunction with S1: I felt some actual character development and progress. Even though it was cliched as f**k:
It was annoying seeing such a dense anime character. Makes me want to smash my head against the wall. The only prop to season 1 or the manga from around chapter 40 to 60 was the actual plot progression,
...
character development and the manga being animated by Shaft. Afterwards, is however a different story. Someone over here summed it rather well, but I will put it in my own words. The mangaka decided to do a well known technique, he decided to go around in circles and just drag his story out.
Story: 4/10
Was at least a 6 in the first 60 chapters or so, but the rating dropped rather fast. The story is merely about some guy called Raku trying to find the "promised girl." The main flaw was that characters kept coming out of nowhere.
Art: 7/10
I do like the art, but at times it gets really annoying. I mean how many faces do you have to draw to make it look like someone is blushing.
Characters: 1/10. This was the major problem. It is like building a house, but you have no idea how to build it. Nisekoi's story was building, but in that process characters were like those rooms that no one needs.
Raku is the main character. Found him alright in 3 episodes(anime), but afterwards he started to get extremely annoying. Chitoge is "false love". We all know how this is going to end right? Onodera was the MC's first love. Ruri would be connected with Onodera, I find her annoying, but she seems better than the actual main cast. Shuu is rather annoying as well, but still better than Raku. The rest are just added elements or lets just say extra rooms to the house, which Raku owns. Marika and the White tiger were probably my favs.
Enjoyment: 4/10
It was pretty good, but it dropped fast. First half was a 7 and the second was 4.
Overall: 5/10
Crap...Not worth it. 227 chapters of utter nonsense. So damned predictable. It deserves a 5 because S1 was animated and created rather well.

This is my review on the recent Naruto movie. This movie is by far my favorite. It did have it's ups and downs, which I will eventually deal with. By the way, expect to be spoiled.
So this is literally what the Naruto Gaiden manga as led to. We finally get to see the new generation in all it's glory. We see Naruto fulfilling his dreams, as well as juggling his children, we see the Chunin Exams, as well as Sasuke going in. To be honest everyone gets to shine to an extent....Except TenTen. What I found odd about this story was the villains(Momoshiki and
...
Kinshiki) defeat and Mitsuki's father. Wish I had received more closure around that fact. The story gets a 10/10.
-The art and animation are top notch, seriously superb. Why can't we get this for Shippuden. Either way, I am giving this a 10/10.
-Characters like Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Sarada and Boruto got some pretty good development. Boruto being one of them, getting to see the new "Naruto", however this at first made me think he was a spoiled brat. Going into this movie, I had a massive hatred for this kid. He could have learnt to respect his amazing father. But hey, he eventually learns to respect his father. I mean hell, the job that you dream of doing will always be hard. The main goal for Naruto was to be Hokage. Boruto not understanding that is what got to me. Sakura was impressive. To be honest, I have gained a new respect for her. Sarada has also become one of my favorite heroines in the Naruto series. Sasuke, I have seen amazing things with this guy. He has taken badassery to a whole new level. Training Boruto and even admitting his wrongs. The guy as really grown on me. 9/10
-Other characters, like the new 4 kage(Darui, Gaara,Kurotsuchi and Chojuro) where rather impressive, they held their own against villains as strong, if not stronger than Kaguya. Shikamaru, Shikadai, Inojin and Mitsuki where characters I held a genuine interest in as well.
-The villains. The skinny one is known as Momoshiki and the massive one is known as Kinshiki. To be honest, I really loved these villains. They had a strange air to them, which made them feel fitting. Hell they where even better then Kaguya. What I disliked about these villains is the fact that they where defeated with a rasengan. Having Boruto do the job, felt like the torch was being passed though. In the end, it does make sense. Since the villains had lost their ability to adsorb power. I do wish that this was actually manga chapters because of how well these villains where fleshed out. 9/10
-Enjoyment: I really enjoyed this movie. Seeing Naruto become Hokage and look after his children rather well. Seeing the original team 7, as well as Boruto deciding to become someone like Sasuke, while Sarada becomes Hokage. To be honest, this is what I admire. Not having Boruto follow his father's footsteps and having Sarada become hokage.
Here is a summary:
Story: 10/10, loved it. I did hate Boruto at the beginning. Pacing was also a problem. I wish the characters where fleshed out a bit more.
Art: 10/10 the art is always amazing.
Character development: 10/10. Sarada and Boruto. As well as Naruto and Sasuke. Almost every character gets some development.
Enjoyment: 10/10. Seeing everyone.
Overall: 10/10
This was a brilliant send of to the Naruto franchise. The best movie yet.

This is my review on this manga. Oh and expect to be spoiled. Okay, so before I get into this, I would like to say one thing. THIS IS MORE OF A INTRODUCTION TO THE LATEST NARUTO MOVIE. If you could not get that hint, then gosh you really have bad analytic skills. I bet I was one of the few that enjoyed that Naruto ending. I did find the manga in general rushed. More could have been done to explain the final villain.
This is more of a sequel. Presenting team 7 and their kids as well. We do get a small appearance from shikamaru's
...
kid though. The story is about sarada finding here "real mum", whilst dealing with a villain and his son(created by Orochimaru) interested in resurrecting the Akatsuki. As always I found this series amazing, the nostalgia was so real lol. Three major flaws I found however, was the lack of the mastermind(Orochimaru), pacing was ridiculous(felt fast as hell) and the villains where just off. If anything they got me wondering about Orochimaru lol. Oh I perhaps forgot to mention the character that was once hilarious, but got annoying after a few chapters. The story gets a 8-9/10.
Art as always was amazing. As well as detailed. So a 10/10.
Characters like Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura got some pretty good development. Sakura is not as useless as I though she was. Sasuke has grown pretty badass and Naruto is more mature then ever. Apart from that we get Sarada and Chocho as well. What I loved about this 10 chapter series was Sarada's development. She grew not thinking much about becoming a ninja to thinking about the Hokage role. While, Boruto dislikes such a role. For me this is an amazing transition. So this is a 8/10 from me.
Here is a summary:
Story: 9/10, pacing Kishimoto. Pacing. Felt like this should have been a 50-100 chapter series. People who lack analytical skills, should know by now that this is not the end. A ninja stronger then Kaguya will appear.
Art: 10/10 the art is always amazing.
Character development: 8/10. Especially for Sarada.
Enjoyment: 9/10. Nostalgia is mostly the reason. Seeing Naruto was awesome.
Pros:
-Naruto and cast. Seeing them was nostalgic.
-Finding out that a villain stronger then Kaguya will appear.
-Sarada choosing to be Hokage and Boruto finding it ridiculous.
-Kabuto a good guy, but I do find babysitting 500 kids ridiculous and funny.
Cons:
-Pacing
-Orochimaru: his participation was lacking. Plus that mofo is always suspicious.
-Shin was disappointing, but I found it ironic that he was inspired by a amazing Uchiha. However, he chose a path that Itachi was against.
Overall: 9/10.

This movie takes place a few years after the fourth ninja war ended. Typically speaking it shows Naruto the clumsy, dense and knuckle headed ninja get even more acknowledged then before. Receiving gifts from every girl, with the exception of Hinata. Since Hinata is too nervous to give her gift and a misguided villain, Toneri interrupts the romance. The comedy continuously got me cracking up. This movie is the door to Naruto and Hinata getting together, if you came in expecting something else, then you clearly need a nail through the head.
At the beginning, we see Hinata being bullied… Again lol. Except this is
...
actually filmed in a different location. Naruto appears and once again saves hinata in a comedic fashion. In this movie, the viewpoints of Naruto and Hinata are shown various times as well, which normally makes the viewer think whether these people will ever fall in love. It literally takes at least an hour for the dense Naruto to notice Hinata’s feelings and start reciprocating.
Shikamaru is smart as always, Sai always makes me laugh as I watch the movie, Sakura has finally gained my respect for what she did for Naruto (I will not spoil anything) and I think Hinata has changed my view on her. These characters are shown rather well. The other shinobi of Konoha 11 also get some screen time. If anything they get more than enough screen time, unlike Tenten who just made a small appearance.
I see Toneri as a plot device to bring both Naruto and Hinata together. Sadly enough, I already knew he would not succeed in getting Hinata. Toneri’s goal was to change the world because of the wars that continuously happened. I find this villain sad, mainly because of what he has gone through and the suffering that he put on himself (Still trying not to spoil anything). The end of the movie (after the credits) is full of feels, so I warn everyone that is going to watch the movie to wait until the credits finish. The music almost brought me on the verge of tears, seeing a knuckle headed ninja finally become “his dream” and much more shows so much. After all these years of following Naruto, I am glad I stuck this far. I enjoyed the voice acting, the voice actors portrayed their characters amazingly well. I found Toneri a bit odd. Probably because I wished he had more screen time, but I did feel for what he received before the end of the movie.
Overall, I enjoyed the living hell out of this movie. It is a great send off to the legendary Naruto series and the character himself. Following Naruto from his knuckle headed times to his adult life was worth it and this movie just brought that feeling out further.
