Great animation, combat and story but no character development other than the main character.
Story: we have a mc that starts at the lowest point and after some events, climbing to the top tier by leveling up just like a video game and i think that it's an interesting and good story but nothing special.

Characters: hmmm, i guess they exist huh? We have some side characters that are interesting but this anime just show them that they exist and nothing much else, mc has a sister but his sister just exists and nothing else.

Characters: 10/7 Art: 10/9 Music: 10/6 Overall enjoyment: 10/5 Story: for me i don't think anything happened in this anime, there is a main character He wakes up in the morning, his sister prepares dinner for him, he goes to school, he talks to his friend on the way to school, he drinks water at school (it's in all the episodes without exception), then he talks to his other friends while eating lunch, then they meet outside, the main character sees his friend home and the episode ends, nothing really changes on further episodes. I've watched tons of anime but still none of them have surpassed the Persona 3 movies for me, i watched them for 3 thime but still it feels amazing and definately i will watch it again sometime.I'm not just talking about the 4th movie, they are all masterpieces in my opinion, but of course my favorite is the 4th movie.
