So i would like to discuss mainly on the theme of this story rather than the story aspect since everyone has already been talking about it.
Story: 7
Overall the flow of the story is really nice with a reasonable amount of events and conflict to impact onto the characters and their growth.
Art:8
The art is really nice with dynamic framing and page turning to create the heart wrenching effect in order to give reader them feels. The way the emotion was show was really well planned and it gives me an insight into the characters themself
Character 9
This is a really strong point in the story that really
...
kept me on edge. Since every character has their own unique strength and flaws so that us reader wouldn't be able to hate any character. So in the end we could just simply read while constantly wondering what would happen. Even when i wanted to, i couldn't bring myself to dislike any rival since they themself has their own indepth conflict motives. Other than the two main, we would also fell inlove with the side characters who's in their own love story and also are growing beside our main 3
Enjoyment 7
Indeed the characters have conflict feeling and action, which would of course have questionable course of ations leaving me frustrated but i couldn't really felt any hatred or any sence of wanting to ditch the manga
Finally the theme (spoiler)
Strobe edge unlike other shoujo manga which tend to stick to the traditional the one true love theme (even Ao haru ride does this 😑), the author really play with the concept of changes in one's feeling. Most evidence in the relationship of Ren and Mayuka. Their relationship started with the promise of never changing but with more and more conection between Ren and Ninako, Ren feelings started to change. Mayuka was actually the first to recognize this. She was scare about it at first but she slowly came to realize she herself is also changing when she doesn't felt as relentful towards her father re marrying as she thought. Both of them are changing and this changes is leading them onto different path. This was the end of their relationship (their relationship actually pulled me out of the true love bubble that not every relationship has a happy ever after) The side characters is also a contribution to this changing theme, both with Daiki falling for Sayuri after being rejected and Sayuri relationship with Yuutarou. Ninako also slowly changing throughout the story, comparing Nina at the start vs the Nina at the end we can clearly see her growing stronger and more strong willed. This changing theme is really what makes Strobe edge shines much brighter than other shoujo mangas. It really bring onto the table a much more mature side of love where we question ourself whether to let someone go or hold onto them in the name of love. Mayuka really is the grown up when she decide to broke up with Ren even though she still loves him very much.

noblesse is a story about a reallyyyyyy old vampire one day wakes up and proceed to live as a highschool student.
funfact I always read it as nose bleed (lmao)
story 5
it starts out really good with alot of fun interaction and it actrually built a strong base for it's world. There aren't really much to complain about it due to the fact that I used to really like this webtoon.
But after reading the first 2 or3 arc, that's as good as it can get. Once you kinda see the patterns, you'll lose interest. The side char fight with a stronger opponent, get their
...
ass whooped, MC jumps in save the day, move on to the next event.
They did add parts where they make the side char stronger but tbh, what's the point when everything will fall into the original script? It's like the only reason for such part is to shove in more off how awsome the MC is.
I was actrually delighted when one of the fight turn unexpected and someone actrually dies lmao
Art 6
at first I really don't like it but i came to like it. The char design are new and quite original. Because it's webtoon so I won't conplain about how blank and how there aren't much content in the chapters
character 7
there aren't much diffrent changes though the chapters. If you read the first chapter and then skip right to the 400 or so you won't miss much other than the apperance of some new char. Our main MC isn't define by anything else than he is cold but warm at heart. The first few interaction did give him some likeable quirks but after that nothing new is added.
I was quite annoyed of how MC relationship with some bad guys only been revieal chapters before their death. There is absoluty no given time beforehand for me to remotely care for them to shed a single tear. Too many char are introduced at the same time and almost none show a reasonable motive for me to give a damd.
enjoyment 5
reading the whole thing in one go would be ok for me, but I really don't care at all about any of these char to wait for a week to continue reading so I dropped. I remember wishing to my self that i would rather them all die so I could move on
overall 5
don't waste your time if you wanted something to have a fond memory of just by glancing at the tytle someday in the future. In my case I really hated my old self for liking this

there aren't much to talk about really. But I'll try to write something out of this
story: 3
the premise was decent but the story progessiveness isn't there. Maybe they tried to make it a slice of life thing but the arc isn't apparent enough to distinguish each events from one another. Tbh, if you put in perspective, this whole thing happens in the spand of few weeks. The flow contribute none to creating the enviroment. All I see is as if the whole world revolves around the two main character
Art:7
it was good but I wouldn't praise it. Typical shoujo manga style you'll see absolutely
...
everywhere. The reason why I like manga is because of the smallest hints of emotion better said than word are said through their faces but there aren't really any thing the art has shown for me to remotely feel what they feel
character:2
there is absolutely no progession rather than the point they extablished in the first chapter, and their feelings for eachother. The side character are dull and are just typical clyche(?) . It's as if their whole existence is to shove the main character "personality" into our face. Constancely repeating their traites doesn't make them what they aren't guys.
Our Mc has some redeemable quirk but it's just all based on her original premist being poor and all. People changes by interacting with others but it seems that all that changes is a few more blushes than normal.
enjoyment:4
It's and ok read, everything was luke warm so i kind of speed through the thing to get it over with
overall 3

after finishing the whole thing in one go, I have no other thought than "finally, I could move on"
story: 4
it was a decent story line and concept, I'll have to admit that it's mystery driven arc is something that kept me continue and not abandon it. But to be honest, the fact that it's only 4 volumes long contribute somewhat to the fact that i'm too stuborn to leave something unfinished.
Art:7
the only redeeming part to this painful inferno I've stepped in. Endeed a typical shoujo style which lead me unexpected of how dark it is. But it's definetly not something astounishing enough
...
to be praise nor is it as distinguise enough to be remembered and had me relise who drew it whenever I came across it. For example Ao haru ride, by just glancing at the tytle of the author's other work, I would knew imedietly the emotional rollercoaster of feeling brought by the character expression I'm about to face.
character: 1
I feel nothing for these character, nope not a single ounce of care. These character are nothing more than a mere husk to. Their motivation are none reasonable enough to keep us on wondering how they would progress and the fact that they didn't go go anywhere kind of proves that I've waste my time. Our Mc who I don't even remember her name was attach to this manipulated guy because of "plot". He on the other hand is just a bad written Sasuke. But worse than Sasuke who still have some bits of relatable reasons, this guy has none. He used others in the name of "revenge" for his friend yet forgots about their existence and proceeded to go back to his original self seconds after their death, as if they have zero impact on him.
The only time I felt somewhat touched was when she dies, even I was moved more than this vengeful soul.
Enjoyment:3
Yall don't know how hard I tried to finish this. I've actrually ditched this once many moon ago yet came across it now. Guess fait has sealed for me to write this review.
Overall :4
sorry if I have any grammatical or spelling mistake. After all English isn't my first language

after reading the first chapter, I did have high hope on the serie. The art style is beautiful, the concept is original, it stand out from the sea of shoujo manga.
To briefly sumonrise, these 2 childhood friends used to kiss and after 8 years, they meet again, typical. But the first thing they did after incountering each other is kiss again. The pacing of the chapter was really nice and I bookmarked it imedietly. Expecting a sweet and gental love story
Sadly, that is the best the story can get.
The pacing was every where, overly fast paced, hard to keep up and overall bad

up, the character. Here we have the worst dinamic I have seen in years. Our MC, is a basic harem MC, the go with the flow kind of girl, letting the two love interests dragging her every where. The main love interest, the childhood friend, a chearful, mischevious guy. Sounds great right? Nope, he did things to her with no regard of her feeling, he is an asshole basicly. Up next is our siscon brother, also very selfish, he force her to do as he told in order to stop her from dating the childhood friend. It's like his sole existence is to be a rival to make this a love triangle. If I was the MC, I would "nope" the frick out of there. Their interaction with one another is akward and unatrual.
The story only lasted 16 chapter and i've read till chap 10 and there has been 0 development to the characters. At this point, I don't think there will be any at all. From chapter 1 till 10, all I see is a frick ton of sugar trying to be shove into my face to the point of puking. You think having all the popular point in one manga might turn out great.
To wrap things up. On a scale of 1 to 1 how much would I rate this? I would go with a solid 0. And that rating was thanks to the art style that has been a great keeper. 100000% not recomend
But of course, if you are a lover of pretty things, you might make it through.
Feel free to tell me if I'm wrong so I could have the fuck to give and read the last 6 chapters
