Both stories feature a cute girl who bears the trauma of indirectly causing her family to break apart when she was a child, and a group of friends that helps her finally overcome her anxiety and open up to others.

Shinsei: Futanari Idol - Dekatama-kei!

More crazy futa antics with ridiculous voice acting played for laughs. Milk Pot has worse animation, but it's also more mental than Dekatama. It's definitely aiming for the same audience, so give it a try if you had fun with Dekatama.

Hacka Doll The Animation
|
Another comedy about a group of incompetent girls with superpowers supervised by a big breasted adult, and an obvious reference for Hacka Dolls --there are winks to Milky Holmes right in the opening animation. Milky Holmes (seasons 1 and 2 only) is like the crazy uncle to the more subdued Hacka Dolls.

Buta no Gotoki Sanzoku ni Torawarete Shojo wo Ubawareru Kyonyuu Himekishi & Onna Senshi

If you thought Buta no Gotoki was crazy, you have to see the second episode of Kyuuketsuki (the first one had a more traditional animation style). A story about vampires who use anal sex to absorb life force instead of sucking blood, featuring extreme ahegao and frantic scenes which, much like with Buta no Gotoki, are not meant to be taken seriously.
