This anime was decent the first 3 episodes and the last. The rest was shit. The concept is decent, and serves to teach a lesson and to tell a story that might represent actual girls experiencing the same thing, but it's still weird. There were countless fan service shots of the HIGH SCHOOL GIRL, which were definitely not necessary to relay the story. Also this was like the first anime mc that WASN'T a pedophile, and I like that (though idk why he still gets flustered and everything I don't like that). Anyways the middle of the anime was genuinely shit. People made such a ... big deal out of small things, and the giant expression to things even though the stuff wasn't even that serious really pissed me of if I'm being honest. Idk maybe that's just how Japanese society is. Anyways I don't really recommend this although the first part is pretty decent, but it just gets old. I literally had to watch it on x2 speed because of how boring it was.

The anime itself is not bad, but the main character just sucks ass. I'm not even 8 episodes in and I already fucking hate this guy. He so selfish and self-centered, expecting every girl he's friends with to be his girlfriend. If the girl rejects him, he literally just ignores and treats them badly. Like what the fuck? Fuck this guy all the other characters are alright. I give it a 6 just because of this damn mc at the moment. Maybe others will disagree with me, but i just personally hate this guy. Art style is pretty good, considering it's from 2013.

Okay so right off the bat i have been watching anime for like 5 years now and this is my first review because i just wanted to say how much this anime pissed me off. First of all, I have nothing against anime taking inspiration from other anime. A lot of great anime were inspired by some other anime. But Wistoria has literally nothing original. It just copy and pastes everything. It most resembles Mashle, but has so many other elements that are clearly inspired from other anime, but does it horribly. There is literally nothing new to this anime. If this was the first ... ever anime I watched, then I would love it, because i wouldn't have seen other anime to deem it as unoriginal. But it is unoriginal, and for that reason, this anime is unbelievably ass and I pray on its downfall.

By the way I am editing this because i just wanted to mention how gay the male characters seem to be. Like the main character talks as if he's a 13 year old boy trying to mimic the voice of a 10 year old girl. Like what the hell. Also there are almost too many cringy cliches in this show. The first two episodes that I watched, I literally had to pause the anime, take a break, and wonder if watching this anime is just a waste of my time. So I'm writing this so you don't waste your time if anybody is reading this. I have a certain crash out meter, and whenever the main character talked, it just inched up bit by bit until i finally just decided to drop this shit. Like if someone genuinely enjoyed this, it was solely because of the animation. Like come on, this lazy ass writing need to be better.
