Story

MMC loves a 2d character and only wants the fictional character. FMC also loves 2d character, but cosplays as her. Misunderstandings and romcom hijinks ensue.

Let's just keep it a hundred. This is just more a ecchi My Dress-Up darling. But instead of a more casual like MDUD, these characters are cosplaying for the school club they both are in.

The one big downside I dislike, they are in high school. And we have the FMC stripping pretty much at all times. It ... is for the cosplay part, but it is very unnecessary.

Art

Characters designs are pretty good. Though the MMC is run of the mill design. All the FMC are way better then I would have thought for a "hehehe look at boobies"

The overall art is standard basic looks.

Story

As much I as I can glaze Oda, 2.5/5 of these stories aren't the best. These were probably Oda's first attempts at writing.

It is nice seeing Oda evolve his story telling. Though he shouldn't do one shots. Stick to long stories to fully expand the world.

Wanted was 100% the weakest of the 5. Either super inspired by Trigun or vice versa.

Future Present from God. The surprised enjoyed out of the 5. Didn't expect to like it.Death Note and Mirai Nikki before Death Note and Mirai Nikki. I liked the idea that God got One Guyed ... that he damned him to hell.

Ikki Yako. Ehh. Along the same lines as Wanted. Nothing cool story wise. Felt generic.

Monsters. This was a disappointment personally. I came in wanted this to be my 2nd favorite cause I've heard so much about it. Low and behold, called the story beats for beat. Though, it being canon within One Piece is pretty pog champ.

Romance Dawn. It's just One Piece. Romance Dawn walked so OP can run for 25+ years.

Art

Again, p goo. Cool seeing the art evolve within from the last story.

Wanted. Just like with the story aspect. The weakest of them all. Instead of Zoro with swords, we got Zoro with guns.

Future Present from God. A bit better then wanted. This is probably where Oda practice his big set piece battle that we love from him.

Ikki Yako. Let him cook, chat. This is getting way better. This is where we see more fisticuffs action. The character designs are probably the best out of these 5.

Monsters and Romance Dawn. It is just the character designs and art style of One Piece with a slight change here and there.

7/10, just proves that this is Oda's passion and happy we got 1131+ chapters from him

6/10, the hornest SFW slop that money can buy. If you come in expecting God tier, be disappointed. Watch only if you want brain off no consequence comedy.

The story starts of as a simple monster of the week deal and following the main cast with a slice of life elements which is nice after watching robot go brr on angel. Also it is nice seeing biblically accurate angel.

Then it gets stupidly weird and shows us that these characters are so traumatized that at any single moment during a fight will cause a domino effect.

No chat. You cannot fix any of these characters. They in fact will make you worse.

It's weird. I know the Kingdom Hearts timeline and a bit of Metal Gear Solid timeline. I am so confused on what is actually canon and what isn't. I still enjoyed my time watching it, it is just a little issue that I am thinking about post watch.


Animation

It is from the 90s. At the time it was groundbreaking and it is a very good looking show for the most part.

The character designs for everyone is top notch and unique. Is it because this is one of the few surviving shows that somehow lived though to today? That helps it out a lot

9/10 Misato is the only good choice. If you picked anyone else, please pack your bags and leave. Your lobotomy will be scheduled on your behalf.

Story

Ok ngl, the first few arcs kinda honk shoo mimimi for me. Felt pretty googoo gaagaa, get to know the world, characters, and power system type vibes. Then I got to the Shibuya Arc, and found out how this mofo got arms. Every single character I liked either a)dies, b) develops PTSD, or c) Disappeared for the entirety of it till the last 5 chapters.

Now everything was good till the very last fight. I was hyped and excited for it all, but it didn't feel right at the same time.

While the story had peaks and valleys, the art did not. Goddamn, some of the panels felt like they should be the a museum. Choreography was a bit confusing at times but that's more a me thing.

Overall

7/10. Kinda fell off near the end and felt rushed. Would love to know if it was actually rushed because of Gege health issues (I remembered there was a point the manga went on a hiatus because of it)
It was still a better read out of the new gen manga that have been coming out.

When Gojo vs Sukuna, everyone yappen about why they didn't domain expansion I just tuned out and don't remembered anything at all. I bet there was some important context. Why break an amazing fight midway to explain??? Idk man. My brain cell had major whiplash from that

The last fight against Sukuna felt rushed. And ended poorly. I liked the idea of everyone vs Sukuna, but in reality I got confused on who does what, who activated their expansion last, why is BBEG toying not taking it seriously etc etc .

I'll keep it a buck 50, I completed it in a day and it was a while ago so memory isn't on my side with this one. I'll try my best :)

Story

Ok. Not my favorite out of the new gen. Kinda bland and paint by numbers feelings to me. Sure, it is googoo gaagaa babies first manga. It does have some decent story beats and some ok character development. Brownie points, It is easy to turn off your brain to power though.

The power system is very easy to understand. It isn't as complicated as Bleach, Naruto, One Piece. Different breathing ways= different breathing techs. Simple ... and easy to understand.

Art

Ngl, pretty nice art style and decent character design. Though some are a bit generic, but it is nice to see classic designs. Idk man, at some point every mainstream anime/manga has a variation of most of the characters.

7/10, a bit overhyped, but if it is your first read I can forgive you. Just sucks that you are following the hype train. I can't judge you, I started reading MHA that way. Don't give into peer pressure

To me personally, this is just a bit above the wave of fantasy smut books that have been taking over.

A bunch of classmates get trapped in their old school and are forced to live. And like most humans, we have needs. Gotta make that baby gravy, understand. It releases endorphins and helps everyone relax.

Ngl, I'm into a LOT of fucked up shit. I'm a card carrying member of the monster fucker community. I can understand why people would like most of the adult acts that goes on in the story (plus it is fictional and in their ... world noting effects affects ours). But goddamn gaslight center over here.

The MMC is the stereotypical hentai "hero" who can shoot massive ropes and has no refractory period at all. The 1st FMC wants that slong at any cost. 2nd FMC is just a tsundere. 3rd FMC is a people pleasure. I forget if there is a 4th or working on the 4th atm.

But overall, smut slop that is pretty good until...

This would be 1000x better if they were drawn as normal adults, but NOOOOOOOOO they are chibi'd which makes them look like children in this hentai. We have Berserk at home.

Story

Centuria is a weird mix of Berserk (dark fantasy), Vinland Saga (healing from trauma), and a bit of Lovecraftian horror. Then you water it down to be less gore-y. It is an interesting attempt to blend those 3 things.

The only issue I have with the reading is the pacing is horrible. Early in (chapter 1-10)a single fight feels like it is less then a chapter. Then later on (chapter 11 onwards) the plot drags on. We stay on a single event for maybe 2.5-3 chapters. Maybe don't binge read it really. IMO, If the mangaka nails down the pacing ... it would be way better and be nice if there was some lighter more comedic bits. Doesn't have to be heavy all the time.

Would you be interested in a world where you are considering beautiful, reader? The story is the same old same old "MMC gets the hit by Truck-kun, lewd goddess gifts him unique magic, MMC takes care of FMC which means he loves her so she falls in love, mishaps and hijinks ensue." that has become the norm. But what's more important is this manga is better then most of those as we have 3 FMC who love the cardboard MMC.

The MMC is either the most wholesome person taking care of all the people ... with his magic or the most down bad for the 3 FMC.

Ok, this is on par with anyone by Tatsuki Fujimoto by how different it is from the other mangakas. Unlike Fujimoto, this one doesn't hit as well.

Unfortunately, I do not know if there is an uncensored version. The mangaka definitely has a few fetishes they proudly wear and when they draw those fetishes, it shows. 8k definition.

Wacky mishaps during a train ride while MMC and FMC try to muster up courage to talk to each other. While all that happens we have an insight on the other passengers watching this young love bloom. The 3 side characters (Manager, Office Lady, Uni Student) are more of the main characters because we spend more time with them and their pov while they communicate with each other watching the two high ... schoolers.

NGL, pretty good for a romcom. The MMC and FMC designs are kinda generic-ish to a romcom but the entire side characters designs are unique

7/10 wholesome and funny. Probably the only romcom manga I've have ijbol to.
