Ah, Zankyou no Terror... Such a brilliant start during the first episodes. Unfortunately there were some problems midway of the story, but it still managed to deliver a nice ending.
STORY (9/10):
The story is about two teenagers whose origin is "special" (I won't be spoiling anything). They are japanese citizen and also terrorists. But there's one detail on their method: They end up never killing anyone on their attacks. The story further develops later on to explain the reason for that. The story develops nicely throughout the anime and doesn't feel rushed or dragged at any point. The only downside here is related to the airport
...
part of the story, that whole "arc" seemed really unreasonable and unrealistic for this anime.
CHARACTER (7/10):
This is the part where I think this anime could've done better. The main protagonists develop well and have their actions and reasons well explained. The problem here is when you put Mishima Lisa and Five characters into this account. Mishima Lisa gets poor development during the episodes which is a shame because she could've been an interesting character. As for Five's character, well, she doesn't really fit into this anime's atmosphere, and when you finally understand what motivated her... Well, it just doesn't feel reasonable.
ART & SOUND (7/10):
The animation style for Zankyou no Terror was memorable at certain occasions and bad at others, but they were pretty good for the bigger part of it. The OST was also good and there were some well inserted BGM in some parts. The use of sound effects didn't do bad either, but there are some scenes where the voice quality was a little bit subpar.
ENJOYMENT (9/10):
Despite it's midway flaws regarding some of the characters and a bad "arc" there, Zankyou no Terror still delivers a lot of action, good dialogues and likable characters in its cast. I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoy its genres.
OVERALL: 8,0/10.
Feel free to check my profile for reference on how I weight each of the above anime aspects to reach that final rating.

How can I start my Baccano! review?
Perhaps the best way to start is by saying that there aren't many (good) animes out there which dare to tell its story in a different way from the usual, in which there isn't a proper protagonist. Baccano! does this and shines on that aspect.
* Animation:
Baccano! does well in terms of animation quality at most of the times, mainly during action and dramatic scenes. The color pattern used is well chosen because it enhances the idea of its story happening in the 1930s, you can easily realize the use of washed out colors and the predominance of brown in
...
the pallete.
* Sound:
The OST is well chosen for the series, it helps to transmit the 1930s ambientation. The OP song is a unique instrumental jazz song and it's incredibly good and fits the series perfectly.
* Characters:
This is surely the department where Baccano! masters completely. This show has the best cast of likable characters I've ever seen to date. On the first episode I was thinking to myself "Whoa, there are lots of characters here, can they manage do develop them in a good pace through 13 episodes?". Yes, they could. The characters go from the extremely funny couple Isaac and Miria to the psychopath Ladd Russo. There are also lots of interesting couples in this show.
* Story:
This is where it gets "tricky", Baccano! doesn't follow a chronological line of events. In fact, it time lapses many times within the same episode between 1930, 1931 and 1932 events. At the beginning it's a little frustrating how you cannot understand many things if you're not paying a lot of attention, but as the anime progresses, things start to become clearer. If you like the 1930s stuff envolving mafia families, heists and conflicts, this anime is for you :)
* Overall:
I couldn't give Baccano! a different rate other than a 10. It has everything I could ask for: Great story, awesome ambientation, pretty good OST and the best cast of characters I have yet seen.

This will be my first review, so I'll try me best here. Also this will be spoiler free.
Where to start with Madoka Magica? Well, I planned on watching this series a long time ago, but the main image it transmits is that it's a kinda childish and girlishy anime. Boy, how could I be so wrong?
I finally watched it and I regret I hadn't done that earlier.
I'll try to portrait my reaction troughtout some episodes:
After episode 1: Oh, I was right, this is just a girlish and simple anime...
After episode 2: Right, this is trippy as well.
After episode 3: Okay, this is getting interesting (and
...
dark).
After finishing episode 12: Mind = Blown. I was never fooled like this before! (In the good way)
* Story:
As I have stated above, this is NOT the typical Mahou Shoujo genre anime, and its target audience is definately not little girls. This anime is actually dark and has a bizarre and heavy atmosphere on many occasions.
The story develops extremely well for a 12-episodes series. It doesn't feel dragged nor rushed at any time.
* Animation and sound:
This anime is made by Shaft, so you can expect lots of their characteristic animation style and unique camera angles.
The first impression of character design may not be the best, but you can easily get used to it and realize they were made like that on purpose.
There is also the use of an awesome animation style everytime the characters enter the realm of a witch, it's hard to explain in words but the final result is a unique art style.
The Opening for this show is ClariS, by Connect and it fits the "Mahou Shoujo" genre well, but as I said above, the main atmosphere of this series is pretty dark, so I gotta say the Ending song for the majority of the episodes is the one that fits this anime perfectly: Magia, by Kalafina. The OST is awesome and full of emotional songs.
* Character:
The cast of characters on this show is not really big, so the character development is well made throughout the 12 episodes. Each character develops in interesting ways towards the events of the series. I must say none of the characters of this show follows usual patterns.
* Overall:
Don't make the same mistake I did, don't postpone to watch this. Don't get fooled by the image you may have of the Mahou Shoujo genre here (Like judging a book by its cover).
Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magika is for me a masterpiece and made to my top 5 anime of all time.
Final score: 10/10
