This was a beautifully sad anime. The psychological elements, and visuals mad this feel so horrifyingly real... The semi realistic style of the art also added a certain element to the story you usually don't see in other anime. The story was heart wrenching and you can definitely see some of the things in the movie happening in real life too... This anime is definitely a classic.
The anime covers some very heavy topics like S/A, Psychological horror (obviously), Violence, and other triggering themes so I recommend steering clear if those topics bother you or if you aren't in a good mental spot.
