Villains Are Destined to Die

Same premise of a person getting "isekai'd"/reincarnated into a fictional character who is set to become the villainess of the original story, although one starts off as a child in a novel while the other is an already established villainess in an otome game. While VADTD uses a visible relationship counter to reflect the approval percentage of a character towards the MC, both MCs' lives are at stake based on their relationships with the people around them and can easily lose their lives at any time. Both stories focus on mending relations with their family, though VADTD has more romance subplots than WMMAP.

Both movies use the "small girl in a big city" and the "mysterious boy saves lost girl" tropes. The boy character is also a mythical creature, albeit a dog-demon called "fusé".
