A relatively down to earth yuri manga, which balances the salty and sweet aspects in self-discovery. The story’s progression provides an enjoyable experience watching the FL as she learns to break free and find her own happiness. Giving us fluffy moments as she begins to develop feelings with the love interest; with who I think is the cutest character ever. The least I can say is that it's a nice story, and it has an equally as good message to send to us readers struggling with expectations. An important factor I won't leave out is the fact that the art style is pretty good, it
...
matches well with the manga.

The story is about a violinist and his devil violin that can turn girls into rape baits for these demonic tentacles, using their generic instrumental songs. And ode to its title "Anal Sanctuary", as the tentacles bring the female characters who hopelessly get sucked into its manipulation to climaxation through anal sex they will scat (they'll crap when they cum).
One aspect of this crap and generic hentai that I cannot complain about is the fact that the female characters are hot. Especially the pink haired girl and the blonde nun. Plus considering the fact that this anime was made in 2005, the art style isn't
...
bad. Though the character design could be better, heck all the clothing could be better. What the heck is up with this crappy belt thing that the males are wearing and why was she wearing a one piece inside the school.
Also, i respect kinks and all, but heck; these ladies are getting raped and really how are they enjoying it, they Santorum after getting tentacle raped. If you see your shit after climaxing would that make you excited? no. so stop. now.
I don't have much problem with the sounds in this. it was just very, generic. they had horror movie background music mixed in with the classical music played by the violinist to get those girls horny. An to say the least you've probably heard all the sounds before if you watched any older animes involving either instruments or horror.
Overall, it is a hentai dedicated to the average anal fan, or tentacle fanatic because honestly i saw the cover, it had tentacles i watched it for the tentacles. Besides that for the hentai itself, there's a few turn ons but you might get turned off once they begin shitting themselves; i didn't like seeing that, but hey some of you might. And that's it from me.

It was pleasant.
I loved the interaction you have to do, to understand what's going on in the girl's life. How she's somehow in a different universe on Day:2539 and is able to create the a world to her desires. Also, the story was very simple and, it wasn't explained of course, but it was beautiful in my interpretation. Going along with the storyline I think the art style was well suited for the animated music video it is detailed, pretty, scenic, and flat-out I wanna live there type of thing.
I do want to criticize the main characters looks; of course she was in no
...
way ugly I just think that they could've made her more detailed I guess... She didn't match with the scenic backgrounds that she created. However, I have no complaints on the looks of the male figure that I interpret she misses and her younger self.
So in turn with all that I am gonna give it a overall 9, because I'm a sucker for giving out good ratings even if I did give it like three 10's and two 7's for the rating portion.
An I want to make this very clear; if you just want to look at something beautiful that contains pretty okay music, and a short story than I suggest you watch this. Only gonna take 9 mins of your time.

Overall it was a great manga and sadly we won't be able to read about the whole story, rest in piece author-san.
I recommend reading the Spin-Off "Caterpillar" first.
Story - Quite an interesting plot, the whole story was based off of people or these assassins, incorporating these insects as a pillar for their distinctive way of killing. One thing I do have to complain about is the lack of the background story being built in the initial stages of the story, though i do understand that, that was for the best in the later stages. going along with that, i was confused at certain parts
...
since i wasnt able to grasp the, why, they were doing what they were doing. In general, some parts could've been more detailed, but eh it was still good. I do hve to say that i really did love the mix of Slice-of-life, horror, josei.
Art - For the most part the art was very well done. I do have to say that the individual characters indeed need a distinctive feature incorporated, since differentiating between them all was sort of difficult.
Characters - The characters though i do like them, especially the main protagonist, they were in a way generic in some aspects of them all. And though i said that they were sort of generic, somehow the author brought forth a personality, a individuality to them even with the genericness
Enjoyment - I loved reading it and I wanna read more of it in the future but sadly most likely not going to happen considering the author Murata Shinya died.
I liked the manga and I'm going to keep it in my favorites, as well as giving it an overall rating of 10. Hope you decide to check it out and that you end up enjoying it.
