"Goblins aren't smart creatures, but they aren't dumb creatures either. This is a common mistake to beginners, since they think too lowly of this creature, and soon enough they all got killed by the creature they think lowly off."
- The Goblin Slayer
So i've read the manga beforehand and known the story and arcs as of the present time. However i have to express my gratefulness towards White Fox to make Goblin Slayer into an anime. Because i've been looking forward to seeing the manga turned into an anime.
For starters i have to say this anime is intended to be 18+ or 21 for some
...
countries. The anime portrays a lot of scenes from the manga which included a lot of gorey and dark imagery and i'm quite surprised that White Fox pushed the F-cked up imagery and shown some explicit scenes even though it's for a wider audience. I mean if i were to stumble across this anime in my living room i can't explain this to my parents.
Story : 9
The story is very promising since it's just been 1 episode, and it really portrays the unknown world that occurs in our usual isekai animes. Different then any anime or game we used to play, goblins used to be minor preys that beginners could took out easily. However in this anime, goblins aren't that typical easy to kill creatures for beginners, but a very lustful and all around F-cked up creature. And that’s where The Goblin Slayer comes in to play. Im sure enough as the story progresses the Goblin Slayer wont be slaying just goblins yet much higher up creatures like demos and such, whose controlling the goblins, get where im going at.
Art : 8
The art is good in it's own right and probably one of the best art I’ve seen as of yet. The Art style is edgy and is very familiar with the manga. This kind of in-depth art and gradient makes it more impactful to me.
Sound : 9
The soundtrack of the anime is Awesome it really portrays the atmosphere of hopelessness and pure epicness when sh!t got real.
Characters : 9
If you think the first group of people is the protagonist, well you're wrong because they're generic and mainstream. The MC which is The Goblin Slayer is a total badass in his own ways, he’s not your typical main character. He isn't your typical naive MC or an OP MC for no reason, he built his path to becoming a badass, and sure enough he succeeded in his own accord. The rest of the characters are also likable with each of their own tropes.
Enjoyment : 10
Even thou I read the manga, watching it animated is a different experience in it altogether. Seeing the characters come alive on the screen is just too thrilling.
But as stated before, it is quite dark and has some explicit scenes. However if you watch the anime you'll get hooked instantaneously because there's no other anime then this
Overall : 9
In conclusion it's a hell of an anime with a lot of dark and thrilling atmosphere. It makes you more open in my opinion, it makes you realizes that the world is not a safe space and the fact of the matter is we could act out like the screwed up goblins too.
Therefore as of yet it's only been 4 episode and i have to recommend it straight away. Because just like the manga the anime hooks you in like getting an SSR in gacha games.
And when you see the anime all you can say is "WoW Alexa, This is Epic."

THIS REVIEW IS FOR ALL THE SAO HATERS CAUSE BOI... I WAS ONE OF YOU UNTIL NOW
Just to point it out SAO was my first anime that i watch back when i was in the Last Year of Middleschool 5 years ago.
SAO opened the gates to anime for me, however as i grow older i saw the flaws in it's plot and characters
I see that SAO could have been better and so i started hating on the fact, thinking that someday it would be what i envisioned it to be.
However that is just not the case, the fact of the matter is you can't change
...
a writers story and he created SAO to ENTERTAIN the watchers because SAO is meant for all ages. Thats why when i watch SAO for the very first time and as my very first anime i was ENTERTAINED, i was hooked by the art and as you say an OP character that gets boobs and women is my kinda style for a middle-school gamer student.
It made me Entertained and made me enjoyed SAO, however as i grew older around mid High-school, I re-watch the anime reminiscing the first anime i watched and seeing the plot and character as dull as paper it made me Angry and Mad as to what it COULD HAVE BEEN making me a hater.
But as of now I manage to see both sides of the spectrum and I for once came to a good conclusion that SAO isn't as bad as i usually said. But SAO is an ENTERTAINING anime to watch without thinking. It's the anime where my middle-school self got hooked and enjoy because of it's easy to understand narrative thats dull and enjoyable sound and art. Its just a anime to watch and go, you dont need any discussions no forums no debates no nothing.
I had enough discussions of how SAO is bad and everyone shouldn't watch it VS SAO is the best anime and everyone should watch it. It's just an anime for you to just Chill and enjoying the ENTERTAINMENT that it provides.
For me i could remember 5 years ago that i really enjoyed the anime to the point that i become an otaku. It opened me to a culture that i haven't experienced before and so i shouldn't be hating on it yet grateful.
For reference even the creator Reki Kawahara, decided to remake the plot of SAO by creating Sword Art Online: Progressive. I read the manga and i enjoyed the plot better, however SAO as it is i could score it as the following:
Story : 3 (Storywise it's paper)
Art : 7 (Art is good at the time)
Sound : 8 (Sound is Great, loved the OP and battle soundtrack)
Character : 4 (Characters are a bit dull and generic)
Enjoyment : 7 (I enjoyed the anime for what it have given which is ENTERTAINMENT)
Overall : 6 ( It's an OK anime)
For all thing considered im not a SAO Hater nor a SAO lover, i just enjoy the anime for it's worth and i believe i didn't waste any of my time watching SAO if you open your mind.
If you want to watch SAO, watch it. Be my guest, i won't argue or discuss anything about the plot i'm now just enjoying the ENTERTAINMENT it provides. Everyone differs and overall it's not a bad show if you see it in an ENTERTAINMENT point of view like me. It's no longer what i consider a sh!t show but more of a enjoy it for what it delivers that what you want it to deliver.

One Piece is as close as you can get to a perfect series. It puts Oda's hardwork from these past 20 years of putting his body through hell to produce the best of content for his fan's enjoyment. Character work, Backstories, Drama, Adventure, Mysteries, Over The Top Goals, World Building, you ask and Oda does it better than anyone.
But Oda's work doesn't gets as much recognition from the newer generation to which 800+ episodes is a daunting task, which is true to say the least.
Although getting into One Piece is hard to said the least i mean the number of episodes crushed my urge
...
to watch the anime a couple of times until finally i decided to watch it.
One Piece is all about pirates travelling through the vast seas looking for the great treasure named "One Piece." The one who will find the treasure will earn himself the title "Pirate King" something which every pirate on the seas wants to become.
The former Pirate King, Gold Roger ushered the world into a great pirate era.
"You want my treasure? You can have it! Search for it! I left everything i gathered together at that place!" - Gold D Roger's dying words that drove countless people to become pirates in search of his treasure, One Piece.
The Main Character named Monkey D Luffy idealizes Gold Roger and dreams of becoming the Pirate King by finding the One Piece. He is so obsessed with his dream, that his catchphrase is actually "I am Luffy and i will be the king of pirates" and he doesn't lets a single opportunity slide to let everyone knows about it. He later recruit his loyal crew as they travel through the harsh seas of the "Grand Line" while solving mysteries and defeating strong enemies in search of the One Piece and fulfill their individual dreams.
If you want to start watching the anime i recommend you to watch the movie special :
"The Episode Of East Blue"
-The Special Covers The First 44 Episodes of the anime
The First 44 Episodes focus on the Main Character Luffy looking for members for his pirate crew. These episodes feature character arcs for the members he will recruit across 5 arcs. The arcs focus on their Character, Backstory and their motives so the audience can connect better with the characters. With this you could easily be hooked into watching the anime as was i
If you find yourself interested in One Piece after watching the special and want to continue then continue on watching the next episode which is episode 45 and forward. However i have to say there are a lot of filler arc in one piece therefore the wiki is your best friend. All filler arcs are non cannon and just a waste of time in my opinion since it bring no plot driven trivia and just gives small jokes and in all honesty just by filler we can eliminate a few tens of episodes.
And with that you should watch One Piece. Because if you don't you're missing out on a one of a kind show that make you experience all kinds of emotions.

Bloody Hell. Literally this manga is really gorey and bloody in many reasons i couldn't speak of. Therefore this manga is not for everybody since its quite F*cked up.
To start of, This manga is about a story, placed in a screwed up reality present day time, where there is an alternate version of YouTube, that lets you do any crime possible in the site "Dead-Tube". In this site people are able to upload video that gains them alot of views. The winner with the most views, gets money and all charges of the crime that they make are dropped, where as the losers with the
...
least amount of views, HAVE to pay all money towards all crimes that had been partake over the course of the Dead-Tube event.
Story: [6/10]
To be frank, story-line wise this manga is quite sub standard. however by the fulfilling amount of plot twists id give it an above average review. I dislike story-lines that had no twists at all, therefore this is right up my alley. The story is fulfilling and the ambient that is being told within the story, makes you think. At first it was WTF but as it progresses you began to think about the "real world", and how F*cked up the world really is".
Art [8/10]
The art is brilliant, it's shines brightly with it's realistic gore scenes and ambient scenes. The characters are well drawn out and you can easily differentiate each character. You could imagine each scene in motion as an anime. Each scene has distinct depth and gradiation that i fell in love with the art.
Character [8/10]
Each characters have distinct traits and personalities that we could differentiate each character just like the art of each character. Character development is sharp and steady, and in all honestly the ending is quiet imminent. The party of 2 grows larger and at first i thought that, oh it's gonna be the typical harem trope. But just read and see for yourself how wrong i am.
Enjoyment [10/10]
I enjoyed the manga really much because, even though it's gorey and F*cked up which isn't my fetish to be frank. I still enjoy the story I enjoy the F*cked up reality of each people and their desire to do everything for money. They all don't care about what would happen to anyone They just care about the money and fame.
Overall [8/10]
This manga has shown alot of potential and im looking forward to the upcoming releases, it's f*ed up edgy atmosphere isn't for everyone Hence it's a turn down for most people. However if you manage to read thoroughly each chapter by chapter. The story shown in this manga is much more real then you'll think.

This manga is really well known in the anime industry. I mean most people who's into anime probably already know about the matrix scene in the highschool of the dead anime. Therefor after watching the hole series you're like Ok i need more! Thats when you stumble upon the manga and Boi it's amazing by far one of the best manga out there and really have much potential to grow.
It's a shame since the story had reach a new arc and possibly a whole new scenario to be surprised for. However, under unspeakable circumstances this manga is currently on hold because the Mangaka has
...
passed away last year on March 22, 2017.
The impact that the Mangaka made really had an impact in this industry and even thou the story haven't finished yet it will forever be written in history as one of the most respected manga out here.
I do hope someone pick this manga up to finished the story, however as of 2018 anything is up for grabs

This Movie is a summary of the first half of the anime Overlord.
There’s basically nothing more to say, if you've watched the anime watching the movie will probably disappoint some of you, since it doesn’t add more to the plot of the story which we have been dying to know more off.
However, in a sense the movie helps hyped up the story for the upcoming Second season. It also help us remind of what happened in the story, so when the second season hits we would felt like theres no gap from season 1 to season 2.
Overall the movie was bog standard. I enjoy the
...
anime, and seeing the recap movie helps me remember the fun times I had watching the anime in the first place. It’s fun imagining ourselves as the Overlord, which could take over the world easily.
I recommend you watch the anime, however if you’re waiting for the second season like I do. You could consider watching the movie it summed up the first-half well and with more time on our hands. But if you have more time in your hands, i recommend just rewatching the anime for the full ride.

Overlord basically tells a story about this MMORPG named Yggdrasil that’s currently dying. And thus it ended the legend of Ainz Ooal Gown, the most well-known and powerful player in the game.
However, he notices that he can’t sign off and thus he gets trapped in this world. But soon enough he notices that the environment is different and his guild NPC turns to be real beings with emotions.
I’m pretty sure most of us probably thinks that the story will surely enough be the same as of SAO, but I kid you not it’s a lot better and I mean a LOT Better.
Well, in Overlord,
...
the protagonist is OP as crap, but in a way that is believable. I mean if you play an MMORG like WoW and grind up a crap ton you could end up just like him. And the protagonist have been playing this game since it’s launching and never let go of it till the very end. He’s like those people you see in the leaderboards ranking number 1 all the time. Different from shows like Sword Art Online, that makes a story of “redemption and revenge” into this “Fan service 100%”. Overlord plot inherent a sense of originality where it’s fun to see the MC as this Over Powered person but also, believable. He plays the role of almost as an antagonist, who have the world in his hands. He can overthrow anyone and it’s fun to see how he can shaped the world as their Overlord.
The shows main pros are it’s character development. Every move that Ainz took defines his character as a person who knows every single detail about RPGs or we could call a Tryhard. And when he thinks of an idea, a plan of action he thinks very thoroughly on his plans, he knows the consequences of his every move and can handle everything on his own accord. Also not to mention, the other characters are also loveable and we could invest a lot for each character. The show also have a sense of comedy in a sense that no one knows about The MC’s OPness in the new world.
The Art and OST of the show went well together and really dynamically show, the shows potential.
Overall I enjoy the anime and it’s considered as an anime that I could think again as a really enjoyable show. That delivers a clear story and direction, the plot is easy to understand and in a sense we could imagine ourselves as the Overlord, that could take over the world.

*WARNING - this review may contain some spoilers*
"Goblins aren't smart creatures, but they aren't dumb creatures either. This is a common mistake to beginners, since they think too lowly of this creature, and soon enough they all got killed by the creature they think lowly off."
- The Goblin Slayer
Story : 9
The story is very promising since it's just been 16 chapters, it basically a really F-cked up manga that makes goblins as this really F-cked up creatures. Different then any manga or game we used to play, goblins used to be minor preys that beginners could took out easily. However in this manga, goblins
...
aren't that typical easy to kill creatures for beginners, but a very lustful and all around F-cked up creature. And that’s where The Goblin Slayer comes in to play. A guy who hated the goblins for what they did in his backstory and want to slay every goblins in the entire land. At the beginning of this manga, it wasn't much of an impact, but as the story progress it turned out to be a great badass story waiting to be told.
Art : 9
The art is great in it's own right and probably one of the best art I’ve seen as of yet. Art style is quite edgy in a way where, it makes the story looks like a group of adventures having fun in the world. But soon enough it took a dark turn. This kind of in-depth art and gradient makes it more impactful to me, you may not agree. But, I assure you the fact of the matter is, it's a manga that you will probably look back and read it with enjoyment.
Characters : 8
The MC is a total badass in his own ways, he’s not your typical main character, because the fact is he is so interesting. He isn't your typical naive MC or an OP MC for no reason, he built his path to becoming a badass Goblin Slayer, and sure enough he succeeded in his own accord.
The rest of the characters are also loveable, you can get quite attach to some characters and the funny thing is, this manga is so unpredictable. I can't quite know which character might die, since to be honest everything went so fast that you look back and think to yourself "Wait did that just happened?".
Enjoyment : 10
This manga a fun manga, and it’s ironic that it's really intense some times. It's uncommon for a manga to make you at the edge of your seat for some scenes, and I’m ashamed that i haven't found out about this manga sooner. The story is getting fuller and the cast of characters keeps on growing. The manga, currently is updated every month but the scenes and tense situation that it produced, always makes you remember it back and can't be easily removed from your memory.
Overall : 9
In conclusion it's a F-cked up manga that have a lot of dark and thrilling atmosphere. It makes you more open in my opinion, it makes you realizes that the world is not a safe space and the fact of the matter is we could act out like the goblins too. Humans and goblins aren't that different to an extent in this manga. However, I’m not going to spoil most of the story now will I? It's executed very well and the scenes link up so well that sometimes you think that "is it too good to be true?" The Author really put a lot of thought in making this manga and i give props to him, i surely hope the story progresses nicely in the upcoming releases. And maybe, just maybe we could finally see the MC's face.

While I was scrolling through Youtube, waiting for my queue match in Dota 2, I got recommended by Youtube to watch this show from the DLE youtube channel. Probably because I watched too much Kizuna Ai. Anyways, it basically tells a story of a couple of teenage girls doing riciculous stuff, but the fact is they're not actually teenage girls, but F-ing Transformers the size of toys. Its a quick show that only last for 1 minute, more or less. It probably become quite a meme by now, the artstyle is nice and the characters are cute. But, other than that this show will definitely
...
make you go "Nani the Fu-".
In Conclusion, it's a 1 minute show, therefore you should watch it, i mean its just took 1 minute which is a normal queue time for a Dota match or LoL. You will certainly be telling your mates "Nani the Fu- did i just Watch". -True Story
