I thought this series was absolutely so wholesome and such an easy watch! The backstory of Ivy was so damn sad and got me so emotional but the fact that she was forced to live such a hard life starting at the age of FIVE YEARS OLD got me a little teary eyed, however she never gave up and I was so happy whenever there were people who actually treated her like a normal human being. Ivy also meets such good people later in the halfway mark that treat her so well and the plot actually gets really good with the introduction of the ... evil organization. And one thing I cannot forget to mention is how Sora is up there in cuteness of a slime, I would say Sora and Sui from "Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill" are both in 1st place, and Ciel the Adandara was so awesome whenever she would save Ivy! I really hopes they announce a season 2, this anime was such a good time, everything was so cute and wholesome, the only times that made me mad was seeing what the villagers and parents did to Ivy, I hope Ivy gets her revenge one day and shows them what they missed out on, and I wouldn't be mad if all the parents and siblings were subjected to slavery tbh.

God damn this anime was such a good journey, I loved absolutely every second of it, I binged the whole series in 3 days and damn, this anime really gave me a ton of emotions, I was happy, laughing at the absurd situations, felt bad about what the girls and Futaro went through with both of their moms passing away, angry in some situations, for example like when Futaro got drugged the first and second time, but all in all, this anime was an awesomely positive experience, and the only thing I would change is making it where Futaro is able to marry all of ... them and make them all equally happy, because I felt so bad for all the other girls when they were crying on not being chosen and they all love Futaro and he likes them back, but he sadly has to commit to only one which I felt was not the right thing since he was able to split his time pretty well between all of them and that was mostly only tutoring hours, so imagine if he had 24/7 with all of them and years to spend with him, I think they could have made it work. Another thing is I wish they showed Yotsuba telling Futaro that the girl he was in Kyoto with all those years ago, that became his first love was actually Yotsuba, I think it would have added to the story a lot and convince more watchers the reasoning on why Futaro chose Yotsuba. That's all, I still love this anime and the whole journey that came along with it!

I think these 2 episodes really provide a lot of context for the movie that I wished this came out before the movie, or maybe even added to the movie as a reasoning to the ending. The animation is pretty damn good and it shows more funny and absurd stuff that will lead up to the movie and bring anime only watchers good context. I feel these two episodes really shows how some people would react in real life with how the characters act, and it was kinda heartbreaking. I really liked the part when Uesugi finally goes out to have fun without the quintuplets ... but in the end he knows that the trip to the beach would have been more fun with them, and he decides to take action and actually invite them out.
