"The time you have lived thus far; we will remember it, again & again, the story of a long, long time we will live out together"
Inu x Boku SS is one of the series that made a lot of us, laugh, cry, and smile all at the same time. This is one of the greatest and almost beautiful love story I have seen in a very, very long time.
First of all let's start with the storyline...well, there really wasn't any at all. But this really follows the manga so well, I'd almost say they got it word for word! The first episode describes a young
...
sixteen year old girl named Ririchiyo who is moving into an apartment on her own. Serving her "until the death" is Soushi, a young, mysterious man that seems almost emotionless. Though the first part of the series the storyline seems to be not picking up and I was starting to lose interest until BAM, it hit me like light and I was hooked for the rest of the season. The series also accompanies many other characters that have a personality all of their own.
The art was simply beautiful, it gives us everything, including detail, emotions, and the feeling of the characters. Watchers may find themselves feeling the same emotion as the main girl Ririchiyo (in which she goes thought some confusing mixed feelings continually throughout the series).
As I first said a couple paragraphs before this, almost all of the characters pull of many moments that create a sense of personality. One thing I absolute hate about some Anime is that some characters seem "robotish" or "no personality" and that's clearly out right BORING for me. I find myself itching for some personality or at least some creativity of some sort I can relate or want to relate too and this anime delivers it luckily.
Overall, absolute LOVE ♥ Once you finish this whole series you find yourself feeling all fuzzy inside and that's a promise! I recommend watching this if you want some romantic comedy and girls, if you have a heart that is dying to melt watch this! I guarantee you won't regret it~

"Sometimes the things that you don't want people to see in life make you stonger, smarter, and sometimes can make you fall in absolute love."
One day, I was looking for a good romance. Classy, sweet, funny, and hot all at the same time. Where would I find such a ridiculous anime like that? That could give me all of those features and I would find it memorable? Maid-sama has certainly pulled it off.
How many of you can say you hate that one guy in the class just because he annoys you, he's almost close to perfect, and he's popular? Those type of people are so
...
annoying because they always seem to get the best of you. Why? Because you never measure up to him and certainly not date them. But those are the type of situations that strike up the most wild roller coaster relationships that will make the viewer laugh, smile, frown, and fell remorse all at the same time.
The story is a little of a cliche taking a girl who is so headstrong, independent, and smart into a high school of mostly boys. She can't officially get a boyfriend because all of the boys are mentally scared of her. Now, here comes the (DING) perfect, hot, sexy boy who secretly falls for her. And in almost every episode you can find them fighting or battling over some sort of thing that brings them closer every time. It was kind of unoriginal but this is one heck of a joyride! I loved almost every second of it and not once did I yawn, which I do in most serious romances. This is truly funny! (& I'm not one to laugh out loud at much Anime)
The art was fantastic, it's not out of this world great but the design of everyone was great. The sound was kind of a blah, especially the opening buy hey we can't always get everything under the tree! The characters are average but for the girls Usui is very attractive that you will find yourself drooling for the dang guy!
The enjoyment was great, just pure awesome. It gave everything I wanted to see in a romance. Because real life romance do have funny, love and hate relationships and whether we like it or not, there will be someone you can't absolutely stand but at the end of the day you'll find yourself saying "Hey, he really isn't that bad".
(Note: For those of you who think this is like Kimi ni Todoke... I warn you IT IS NOT for various reasons. One it's a comedy and two the girl isn't shy!)
Thank you for reading! :)
Kina-kun signing off!

(Review contains spoilers.)
WOW.
This anime is so twisted with mixed emotions I don't even know where to begin!
It's so hard to understand what does inside a males brain. But this anime is infamous for the biggest jerk as the main character, not to mention the most idiotic "boy" I've ever watched in my entire anime watching career. He is also the most hated character, if not, the most disliked character in the series!
Many say he such a player or a jerk and even an "asshole" but there are two sides to every story.
Kotonoha is a young high school girl that Makoto watches on the train.
...
Wanting to date her he takes a picture of her and puts it as his background. In class, a fellow classmate name Sekai sees the picture and offers to help him get with her.
It works. But as the two start dating there is even a bigger secret, she likes him too.
Torn between too emotions of wanting to date him & wating to make him happy at the same time, Sekai makes lies over lies and eventually seduces him for "practice". Who does that? Her intentions were way over the top and because of her actions of having so much sex with him, turns Makoto into a well known Casanova.
This quickly turn from a love triangle into a love hexagon. The girls on here are intentionally stupid. They know what they're doing and it causes Makoto his life. In the end, it seems as he finally was getting better off his player ways, but he never got to live his life because of a mentally twisted girl.
Moral of this story: Cheating can really make a HUGE impact on one heart & mind. And especially in this story because clearly the girl on here are so psycho it gives me nightmares at night!
Overall: 8
(Ugh, no more romances, this anime ruined my prospective.)

[This review may contain SPOILERS]
[Edit] January 18, 2012
- As of watching the seventh episode I comes clear to me that nothing is what it seems. Kouichi or anyone that this point could be the one responsible for everything that happened in this scenario.. the anime give you mixed messages on who is the "dead" one (Explained further in the review). For example for those who have played the old fashioned game "Clue" this is what it feels like, everyone could be a culprit!
This sure keeps me watching and keeps me guessing. The blood is beyond and the each death is very very brutal.
What do I
...
want? More!
Oh and Mei and Kouichi to turn out together (in my dreams -___-)
- -
To start off with the honest truth, I thought this was quite creepy and not even worth a blink of my time.
Boy, was I wrong.
There was nothing I particularly disliked at all. It gave what we wanted and that is our complete and full attention. It proves to shoe you should never judge a anime my it's cover and you should never trust anyone or anything at all.
New manga is always exciting, especially when the cover or trailer draws so many in. A normal person would expect captive adventure, alluring mystery, & unspeakable action right off from the very start.
This, is what Another is.
It is about a boy who recently transferred to Yomiyama Kita Middle School, Kouichi Sakakibara and gets the feeling something isn't quite right with his class, who all seem to be afraid of something. He finds himself attracted to the strange yet beautiful Mei Misaki, but his efforts to get closer only confound things further. Then there is a horrible accident…
The classmates start to receive a creepy, yet, secretly dangerous condition where they or their family members begin to die. In episode 6, it is declared that the class has to act as if someone does not exist in their room. This, tragically, is why Mei Misaki is never talked to or payed attention to. They begin treating Kouichi like this as well. This covers up the "dead one". The "dead one" was someone who died in class 3 years ago without knowing they're dead. This also explains the anime title "Another". Who is the other one? Who doesn't know they dead? Will people still begin to die?
You'll enjoy this from the very beginning, the mystery captivates you in a great way. It came off as a good start, hopefully as we watch on it will be a more eye catching than my first judgement.
To the "Helpful" & "Not Helpful" users,
Thank you for your time & I promise this anime will not disappoint you (:

I've read many, many romance manga & this one is no different. First of all, it is only one volume, which is not clearly enough to entertain me. Many manga can pull it off, but this one, I find myself wanting more from it.
It starts off with a girl who clearly can't smile and makes ugly faces between shots in her photo shoots. Having her career going slightly downhill she looks for comport in a young maintenance worker. Day after day, she finds herself falling in love with him. Typical love story right?
Yes, it is. For a everyday love story you will find your
...
comport in this one. For me, I intend to find this manga, a blow off. It's clearly not original nor does this stand out. I'm looking for a edge of my seat, laugh out loud, and amazing story I will never forget.
You tend to forget this one a the nick of time (:

High School of the Dead. There is a lot of things I could say about this anime but one thing is for absolute sure. It wasn't all that bad, so I'll keep it short and to the point.
One, if you absolutely dislike fan-service and can't stand watching it, I advise this anime is not for you. I'm not a fan but I could handle watching this and ignore it.
Two, the zombies are really the one who saved the anime from falling on it's face. Let me go into details about this:
Story - 8/10
Not looking at the horrible fan-service. The story was very enjoyable. Who does
...
not love a typical zombie story and tearing the shreds out of people? That's the key point in this anime. Five high school teens fighting for survival.
Art - 8 /10
The art was different. The scenery is absolute but not the best. They do put a lot of details and color into it so I give props for that.
Sound - 7 /10
I watched plenty of good anime with great sound. This one plays a good part in great voice actors. None of the voices didn't suit them & the swearing sounds awkward in the some situations.
Character - 8 /10
I love how the color of the girls hair makes them different from your typical anime. That's the key of attracting viewers, if your character outshines your average anime. The hair is kind of awkward but overall great. Each personality is different, for example, Saya is the bossy but to the point girl while the nurse has absolutely no point or role in the anime at all. Which is it's downfall. The man in this anime make it fun. Kouta always makes the situation happier and more enjoyable by his non-seriousness and his love for guns.
Enjoyment - 7/10
This anime had it ups and downs. The fan-service wanted to make me drop it but it kept me watching by the action, bloodshed and best of all, zombies. The ending really saved it.
Overall - 8/10
Zombies? Heck yeah. Boobies and butt shoots? No. But it still keeps you on the edge and personally this is my first anime I've watched with pure bloodshed. If I could watch the whole thing, I'm sure you can too. Give it a go. I did!
