Both anime focus on hilarious comedy with lots of chibified scenes. Moreover they tell a romance shoujo story. Both female leads are very funny and the male counterparts are no idiots. Those two shows are not your usual romance comedy anime but truly something special.

If you liked Ouran Koukou Host Club add

...then you might like Skip Beat! add

Both are shoujo comedy shows that have romance elements. They have a strong female lead and are in the TOP 100 on MAL. A big amount of really great comedy is present in both of them. Skip Beat! can shine with lots of chibifications, hilarious moments, a great way of using different animation styles, a good story and interesting characters. Ouran Host Club on the other side is a reverse harem at its best and also has lots of these hilarious moments. Both are shows you shouldn't miss, if you like comedies.

...then you might like Clannad: After Story add

If you like Clannad, you definitely have to watch Kanon, since it's the predecessor and a true masterpiece. It's similar in many ways, but it can score with great characters, great comedy, cuteness, tear breaking drama, overflowing happiness and some really really fantastic and intelligent story arcs.

Both are romance/comedy type animes with a funny female main lead. Nodame Cantabile is a more mature comedy-love-story with lots of classical music, unique art style and a cool male lead. It's pretty funny, not overly dramatic and very heart-warming. I think this anime is a good find and you should give it a try, because it's not your typical generic romance-comedy anime. Nodame Cantabile is something special.
