I'd say this anime has kind of a good life lesson story, cause one if lets say death comes play it's part on a loved one it's best to just let it be. Death is a part of life and no one should mess with that sort of thing. and also it also pretty much says you can't do something and expect it to go the way you expect it. There is always a concequence for everything.
I really recommend watching it though. Not just because I like it but because you'll enjoy following the adventures and such that FullMetal Alchemist has with is.
