I like this anime and this genre in general. I'm also someone who rewatches series. During this, I'm re-evaluating series and characters. And one thing that has pushed the series down a notch over time for me is a certain character.
And no it's not the Pervy-Bear from Season 2 Ep09-12.
It's the first male lead, Geordo.
In Season 1 I already found him to be the worst of all "Conquerable Characters". But in Season 2 he got even more annoying I think.
I hope for season 3 he changes. Because I strongly doubt that MC is dating (Ending Up with) anyone else. The series won't be so "progressive" ... that she ends with any of the other girls, and for everyone else, who ends up with who has already been hinted at.
Alan = Mary
Nicol = Fray
Keith = Sophia/Maria/Ginger
Keith is the only one who hasn't had hints or interactions with certain other relevant female characters.
Should MC not end up Nicol, it would be a consideration for Sophia to partner with Keith so she could become MC's SIL.
(Accordingly, Keith & Maria because she is the game's heroine. And Keith & Ginger because the character traits will complement each other.)

Could really have been a pearl.
I really love lighthearted romcom stories like this. I even read the template. (So partly the LN and the manga completely.) And I was curious how the anime will go. I was entertained, but unfortunately it didn't take its time to develop its story. The story presented in these 12 episodes could have been put into 3 seasons. There were 4 episodes for each individual section.
It's really unfortunate that there was obviously a lack of budget or the will to make a season that only takes care of one of the 3 main parts and presents them in ... detail.
This anime will only be "very" good for those who know and like the templates, for everyone else it will be just nice at best.
I hope this anime gets the treatment like Fruit Basket. (So it will be re-released again in a few years and this time everything will have its right time and its own season!)

Story :7/8 (because I love RomCom + and the template is promesing)
Sound/Voice :8/9
Pacing :4 (because it works for its own, but you dont really develop connection to any character.
If it would have been 3 Season the character dev. could be better)

Could be an 6/7, but it has one serious flaw. Therefore only a 4 (with the best of my knowledge and belief).

To be honest, the series would be around 6-7 in all categories.
(For me even an 8, because I like Crime and Detective Storys (even though this ones are realy shallow))
Even the characters like the exhausting Grevil de Blois are ok.
Only one character is so exhausting / annoying and stupid who pulls everything and every scene down in which he can be seen. Unfortunately he can be seen in all scenes because this is the protagonist (Kazuya Kujou).

I know that there can / should be ... contrast part when someone from such a buddy cop genre presents the knowledge and explains everything for the partner (and the viewer). But it was really a bad idea to make the main character that pathetic.

Everyone how isnt bothered by such an annoying Character, have fun with this series.
