Let's See, A wimpy stereotypical protagonist assembles a motley crew of geniuses, who have quite some bolts loose from their minds. Sounds familiar right? Congrats, you just found a Doppelganger. --> Protagonist's dream to make a game. --> Often berated for not contributing enough. --> MCs even have the same voice actor (Is this co-incidence or what? Yoshitsugu, you sly bastard) and quite frequent outbursts of embarrassment, when a character makes double meanings. --> Assembles a crew out of his associates in the same school as him, who are directly related to him in one way or the other. --> Atleast two girls are competing over the protagonist --> A lot of depth is shown to the process of game-building/anime-making. --> All the group members in the group are excellent at either one field or another --> Main heroine is a Kuudere who has trouble showing her expressions. --> Complex Relationship issues within the group. --> A light-hearted comedy with an atmosphere of romance. Saekano has comparatively more fan-service while Sakurasou is more serious. If you like Sakurasou, don't hesitate to go for Saekano. You'll love it.

Let me just outline this out for you- --> A harem light-hearted comedy based around the MC and 4 girls. --> Set in School --> A fake relationship with the beautiful foreigner due to "personal" reasons --> The Foreigner falls for him by the end of the series --> The MC has simple aspirations just to work hard and have a good life, is unnecessarily burdened and forced to go along with the relationship because reasons. --> Quite relaxing, no deep plots or jump-scares --> The character personalities match a lot. like the Tsundere, the manipulative girl, the cute girl etc. Pretty much the same type of characters really. (Tropes) If you like Nisekoi, you'll appreciate OreShura, pretty much the same concept, burdening a hard working guy with girls and watching their antics.

Similar Concept. A Teacher looks after a class of misfits, who is not your conventional teacher. They both encourage and look after them, in their own weird ways. And Both the teachers are funny as hell. These two are stories about the bonding between A Student and A Teacher, which shows us that you can open up the hearts of Students by interacting with them and supporting them.

No plot, just mindless violence. Requires you to put your brain aside and watch. There's bit of fan service present too. But TTGL is better than KlK.
