I'll type something quick since i just ended reading this and i need to talk about it, thank you in advance for taking the time to read it.
Story: The setting is simple, our MC is an ESPer, and as such he thinks of himself to be above "normal" people. Honestly, i was expecting a simple comedy and laughs and that was what i got, even if the setting itself isn't the most original. (7)
Art: Honestly, the art is amazing, without a doubt the best thing about the manga itself. The ecchi is pretty tame, altho present, and its not over abundant, so it doesn't
...
distract you from the story itself and isn't over used for the "oh so many" ecchi jokes. (9)
Characters: They are for the majority, enjoyable, but nothing particular spectacular either, there isn't anything new, but nothing so bad you wanna pluck your eyeballs out and seer or brain so you never remember them. (7)
Enjoyment: I was expecting something, and i got it. I didn't make me go "OMG THIS IS SO GREAT" but i did enjoy it for what it was, if you are looking for a light and fun read, go for it. Don't expect anything to serious (7)
Overall: Honestly, after reading it, i feel like the story got axed when it was going to enter its best part, and as such, it got a pretty shitty ending. Nothing really gets resolved, Saito (our MC) didn't get the development he deserved, the romance sub-plot remained unfinished (did it even ever start ? i guess...), we get thrown some serious stuff that is supposed to happen in the future, and the setting itself has great potential to be good, and if nothing else to be a great comedy, but there just aren't any more chapters, so it made me feel like it fell short. (7)
Again, i personally enjoyed this series and it did make me laugh, but the lack of conclusion to the problem in the last chapter and the lack of resolution to the romance subplot made me lower my overall enjoyment of this manga, but it was still a good read so if you enjoy comedy and some panty-shops, you'll probably enjoy this. Give it a read and fint out for yourself.

Now to start of, since i give my (personal) scores solely based on my enjoyment, on my list this manga gets a 10, since him enjoying it that much. Since this is a review for everyone, i'll try to be more "formal" in a way.
Lets start with the story, the setting itself is almost cliché, but that doesn't necessarily make it bad, just rather overused, but then again, nowadays i find it almost impossible to have something original, theres just that much content. The plot is simple, vampires manipulate a virus that wipes out everyone who is 13 or older, our MC is a young
...
boy who was under the age of 13, gets taken by the vampires to be a living blood bag, manages to escape eventually, gets all is friends wich were like family killed by the vampires during said escape and vows revenge. There are already some misteries developing that shall not be said here to keep it spoiler free, they seem rather interesting as of now. Now, even if revenge stories have been used alot, its still a solid way to tell a interesting story if done right, but since its overused i gave it a 7.
Moving on to the art, in all honesty its f*cking amazing. Aside from very well drawn characters, the backgrounds are amazing. Who can clearly tell what is going on during fights, wich is a big plus so you can actually understand what is going on. There is something rather wierd however, i dont know why but the MC is depicted with a green demonic sword and then a red demonic sword, so either the author decided to change colors or it was a mistake ? I dont really get it but its something so minor it can be ignored. Overall, i give it a solid 10.
Now we get to the characters... Its really hard to talk about characters without spoiling something, so i'll keep it brief.
The main character wants revenge on the vampires who took is family, he is obsessed with power in order to kill them. He is kind of a tsundered (yeah, male lead a tsundere ? i found that rather funny tbh.)
The main female lead is a teasing, playful high ranking officer of the milatary around the MC's age and his from the most powerful family in Japan (the current destroyed Japan, that is). She is a refreshing character, always with a smile, teasing our MC, they have some good interactions to be honest.
Other character come along the way but i'll leave them to you so you can find out for yourselvs. Overall i give the characters a 8.
Now, as stated before, my personal enjoyment of this series is a 10. Yes, the story is cliché and overused, but i like this kind of stories, the art is absolutely amazing, the characters are very well written and a breath of fresh air when compared to the overused stupid main lead and the tsundere female lead. I expect good things from this manga, since i've only read 18 chapters so far i still cannot say if its good or not, but i've enjoyed it so far and hope to read more.
Overall i give this series a score of 8, since the story is indeed overused and i dont believe it to have enough chapters to give it anything higher when speaking outside of my own personal opinion, in the end its up to the people to choose if they want to pick up this manga or not.
With this, i bid you all farewell, i thank you all for taking the time to read my review and hope you enjoy it.

The Masterpiece is back...
The Breaker: New Waves is a sequel to the manhwa "The Breaker", and is in my opinion even better than its father manhwa.
A good warning to everyone, there might be some spoilers in this review, so if you haven't read The Breaker, i recommend that you stop reading this review right now, you have been warned.
The Breaker: New Waves keeps following our old main character, Yi Shi-Woon now with his Ki-center broken by is own master, in what seems to be Yi Shi-Woon back to his every day ordinary life... But ofcourse having the great Nine Arts Dragon, the strongest and most
...
godly person in the murim world, as your master has its own sets of drawbacks ... The story picks up after the events at the roof and Yi Shi-Woon recovery, and Yi Shi-Woon thinks is life as a member the murim world his over, but he is being targetted by a new threat, he is also (unknowingly) the gajuu of the Sun-woo clan since he got the medallion from So-Sul during her rescue missing, proving he is the leader of the Clan, and so we keep the story Yi Shi-Woon in the murim alive. Not wanting to spoil the story, i'll stop here, but trust me when i tell you it gets SO GOOD.
The art, like its predecessor, is still amasing, the level of detail in the background and the characters just make you think the drawer is someone very near the level of god in his respective field of art, and sometimes you get treated with really beautiful and realistic drawings of close ups from characters that just make your eyes cry from hapiness.
We are also introduced to some new characters, like the super smart super beautiful super cunning Kang Sera, the current head of the Mil-Yang Clan, and Kwon Jin-le a member of the Sun-woo clan and granddaughter of one of its elders, entrusted with its new gajuu protection. Great character development for this characters, Yi Shi-Woon and some others who i wont spoil will ensue, with the return of some other memorable names from the past like Han Chun Woo also known as the Nine Arts Dragon overall make for a entissing and great story.
As you can see from most of this review, i complety love reading and following this manhwa, its currently my favorite work (and i doubt very much that that will change anytime in the future), so it goes without saying that i recommend this work of art to anyone and everyone who read the prequel, and if you're reading this and haven't, go check it out before you read this one or you might not understand everything.
Overall, the breaker: new waves is a gift from god to us humans so that we can rejoice in happiness from great story telling and unbeliable art work, i hope you enjoy it as much as i did.

The Breaker ... When i first started reading this manhwa i didn't know what really to expect. Lets start with a brief description.
The Breaker is a manhwa that follows mostly 2 people, Yi Shi-Woon, a highschool boy who is very week, frail, cowardly and is under constant bullying and Han Chun Woo a recently transfered professor who is a "ladies man". In truth, Han Chun Woo is actually at the school on a mission, he is apart of the murim, a secret world of martial arts and when Yi Shi-Woon sees who Han Chun Woo really is, he asks him to be trained so that
...
he can stand up to the studants who bullie him.
The story branchs of from this 2 characters, other characters eventually show up, all very unique and a brand new world opens up for Yi Shi-Woon.
Aside from the amasing plot that takes awhile to develop but once it starts it really gets you interested in the manhwa, the art work is fantastic. The character designs, the backgrounds, its all so well done that the manhwa kept me drooling all over it. The character themselvs as stated previously are all very unique and each have their own personalities and are very memorable.
As you can see from my fanboy'ish review, i loved reading this masterpiece, i enjoyed it so much i read all 72 chapters in one day, and on the next day i went back and read it again in 1 day, thats how much i enjoyed this manhwa.
I definatly recommend The Breaker(and its sequel wich is still ongoing atm) to anyone who likes a good story with interesting characters and huge character devolopment, great art work and epic martial arts technics.
I hope you enjoy it as much as i did, and thank you for spending the time to read this Review.
