One is comedy while the other is drama. They have a similar feeling what with humanity not doing very well in either. Both feature a school arc.

If you liked Katanagatari add

...then you might like Chouyaku Hyakuninisshu: Uta Koi. add

Katanagatari is action/adventure and UtaKoi is romance but both take place in a similar historical setting and both have animation that use unique art and design choices.

Both feature royalty going from one land to a desert land for a political marriage. In one case the manga is shoujo-ai and the other is simply shoujo.

...then you might like Oninagi add

Art is a little similar, same size cast and same use of bloodlines and demons. However in Oninagi they are more villainized than in Yozakura.

If you liked Shina Dark: Kuroki Tsuki no Ou to Souheki no Tsuki no Himegimi add

...then you might like Maid Senki add

I can't help but compare these two despite Shina Dark being infinitely better. Both involve one guy who gets a group of women surrounding him and the women become fighters or get into battles, etc. The art and fight scenes are very, very similar and the comedy in both is along the same lines. Shina Dark is much more enjoyable/better series though.
