These shows have very similar MCs, in the sense that they are both trying to understand emotions. Although the two series have different settings, the writing is pretty alike. The animes are episodic, and they include stories of side characters, which also develop the main cast. Because of that, they give off similar feelings. If you like one of them, I am certain you will enjoy the other one.

Both are romance dramas with very similar MCs. Oregairu is not a supernatural show, so the story is not that similar, but the dynamic between the characters is very alike. If you enjoyed the dialogue and comedy in one of the anime you will most likely enjoy the other one as well.
