The main premise is very similar: - MC is an abandoned child raised by powerful beings proficient in swordsmanship, magic and healing - MC becomes very powerful and is destined to leave his home and experience the outside world - MC must pass a trial to leave This being said, Saihate no Paladin has a much deeper lore aspect and I would say it is less "typical isekai" compared to this one. This is especially the case when considering the influence of gods and the amount of world-building that went into the series.

The exact same idea of an OP person with dangerous powers at the time sending himself forward in time to explore the future and new magic. But (surprise!) his "mark" is now considered the weakest and the development of magic is incredibly slow. As a result, he ends up trying to recreate the world from scratch.
