So here is the alternate version of my favorite anime, steins;gate 0
I must first say right off the bat that steins;gate 0 isn't as great as the OG steins;gate. But it does not mean that it is bad. In fact, steins;gate 0 was one of the best thing a steins;gate 0 fan could ask for. Let me get in detail .
Also, I have not played the visual novel so i am purely speaking on about how i felt the anime was,by itself and not comparing it with the VN..
Story 10/10
The story was something very fresh. Okabe, the MC, suffering from the past of the

time machine incident where he killed Makise and could'nt bring himself to try again, joined a college and tried to live a normal life. With the mad scientist, Houoin Kyouma gone, I must say i realized how much I liked the Cringy af character and how it impacted the story for me. I was literally waiting every episode for the maddo scientisto to come back. Also, to compensate the presence of Makise Kurisu, an AI called Amadeus who is a key character is introduced. The interactions between an AI of a loved one and the person will most likely be the same as for Okabe and Amadeus. It was depicted very realistically. Full points on that. Though there were kind of fillers in the middle episodes,, it was fun to watch. The story was still 10/10 for me.
Art 7/10
Here is the drawback. The art was not always consistent. It was good at times but mediocre at other for a God Tier anime like Steins; Gate. I wish they could have improved it though but it was ok.
Sound 10/10
Soundtracks of the anime obviously is the best part after the story. The choice of tracks played at certain key moments felt perfect. Like, it was the best one could ask for. Seriously. I have almost all soundtracks of S;G 0 in my phone and I love listening to them.
Enjoyment 10/10
When I first reached episode 12 of the original Steins;gate, I fell in love with it. watching S;G 0 felt very refreshing with new plot points and characters . And some of the episodes Cliffhangers left my mouth open for more like a dog. Seriously, these 25 weeks of steins;gate 0 were definitely worth it and I enjoyed everything. Loved it.
Overall 9/10
Though not as great as the OG anime, it still was very great and shouldn't be missed by any steins;gate fan. A few episodes might bore you but towards the end the story progression was thrilling and the oh so perfect ending is also there :)
Final words: If you are still thinking whether to watch it or not, DO IT! This anime definitely is the best on of this year and I am sure you will like it. If you don't, feel free to let out your anger on me in personal message :)
