It's both in the yuri gerne and both series contain a bit of mecha (though, it's just minor mecha. Both series focus on the relationships of the characters more.) Both shows have beautiful music and also have a lot of drama in it.

If you liked Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha add

...then you might like Uta∽Kata add

They're both Mahou Shoujo shows but there's a thing that seperates them from other Mahou Shoujo shows. Both are pretty cliché at first sight but after a few episodes a darker storyline will appear. Both shows have drama and pretty serious issues, not suitable for the age group of many other Mahou Shoujo shows.

...then you might like Kamichama Karin add

First of all, it's from the same creator and artist, Koge Donbo and Kamichama Karin has some voiceactors who also voices characters from Pita Ten. Kamichama Karin has the same happy cuteness as Pita Ten and both shows have a lot of similairities. Everyone who likes cute and magical girl stuff should watch it ^_^
