In my opinion
It's another shame for me, this anime are finished a long time ago but i start watching this until recently. This anime really show what you would call 'true' friendship. Feel so stupid that i didn't watch this anime sooner. Shit!
The art, for me the chara designs is just normal. Every parts of the charas are normal for me. But that's what made me so impressed by this anime. This anime prove that "don't judge animes by its chara means" ! =P

recommend for you all to check the first OP (Paradigm), this OP really suits the anime plot i think (if you check the english translation, you'll know what i mean). You may also check the first ED (Kokoro Na Kara), it's refreshing for those who love mellow-style music.
The characters, for the character's personality. I think all of them are personalities which you'll find in most of the animes. A man of virtue with a god level of righteousness, a determined mind pervert, a cheerful with hidden problems heroine, clumsy with a cute reaction, and a cool beauty with cold heart when you irritate her. I think most of you must see them many times.
The story, this what made this anime so wonderful. The story is strong enough to make you forget the flawed parts of this anime. You'll find the beautifulness of friendship. You'll see how complicated their problems is enough to make your mind invaded when you sleep (khekhekhe). What's more? The writer have so brilliant idea to amuse us, i think he want to show us how beautiful friendships can be if you do the things right when you clashing with your friends (i think that is the moral message).
And the writer didn't used boring way to have it delivered to us. It's make me curious how he managed to think about these strange phenomenons. And all of that phenomenons are just for one goal : to test the bonds of friendship the CRC members have.
I don't know why whenever they success to endure the test they given, i want to scream "oh yeahhh" spontaneously. Well sorry for exaggerating, what i try to say is this anime story plot is strong enough to drive your emotion i think.
I highly recommend this anime for those who love school-life, supernatural
This anime's triangle-love parts really have unexpected ending.
The school-life parts are also good and fit the 'test their bonds' title.
The phenomenons very unique too. Phenomenon where your desires unleashed uncontrollable? This anime rocks!!!

In my opinion
It's kind of shocking when i watch this anime, i really doesn't expect that this anime will show many heavy-ecchi parts. First i though it's just like a normal daily life, but it turn out to be so much different than i have predicted.
The story is kind of irregular, there was no clear-conclusion where the plot will take us. It's more like a collection of short stories of what kind of life that Akito have.
The art is good, the color used is fit with the genre of the anime.
The sound, i love the voice actors! Each characters have their own unique method of

talking and their own unique accent (you'll know if you watch it), especially when Akiko make a "guhehehe" sounds, it's right to the spot. I don't really like the op and ed songs though.
The characters, personally i just like Akiko, Anastasia, and Arashi. They have their unique characters and their designs is great too. For the other heroines, i think the personalities they inherit is too simple, so it really doesn't leave a mark.
I recommend this anime for those who love comedy, daily-life, harem, romance and ecchi.
This anime is made for those who want to laugh, but please remind that there are so many dirty jokes among them. So for those who dislike ecchi stuff, it's better to not watch this. Not just the dirty jokes, there are also many fanservices in this anime so watch your back when you watch this! XD
This anime focused more on the harem parts than the romance parts, so you'll found just a few doki-doki emotions from the heroines (many of them come from Anastasia which make her very cute).
The easy daily-life with many comedy parts make this anime fun and no-tiring to watch. Altough the plot is unclear, the entertaintment is enough to make up for it.

the jokes in the first season is better than this second one, for seizon-fans i'm a bit disappointed with this
the OP (Precious) is nice and good-to-hear i think, the artists for this song are the seiyuu from this anime so it give its own impression
the chara design is great, the clumsy yet cheerful president, a combination of beauty-sadisctic secretary, a gallant with cool aura vice-president, and a cute yet complicated treasurer. Each of them has good design for them which suitable for their own personality. In this season you'll find additional 2 cute heroines which hold a key for Sugisaki past, in short

through this second season you'll hear president non-sense ideas which make the council members do non-sense activities at the council room, fun to watch i think
in my point of view, i think this season mostly about 'fruits' that sugisaki success to harvest through his hardwork from the previous year, Sugisaki is a shameful man who don't even think when he talking but in other side he is a sincere one. He is serious when he said he gonna make everyone happy through harem because he don't want the same situation he have to face in the past.
he also not the type who forget their debts to other, if you watch the first season you'll find that every female members of the council have their own role to make sugisaki who he is in the present time, so in order to pay them sugisaki determined to make every of them 'happy'
overall the harem he want to make is not for his 'own' but for 'everyone', it's shameful but it's kind of heroic don't you think?
unfortunately the ending is kind of weird, it's certain that every members claim that every of them "Love Sugisaki", but after that it's kind of confusing what Sugisaki did in the future
make a new harem with new council member? or live with his previous girlfriend? so i think it's for the watchers to decide

this anime is so damn good!
1. The OP song really hit the spot (Sparkling Daydream by ZAQ)
2. Every female chara are so damn-kawaii with their own unique personality
3. This anime has so deep meaning
It's a shame that i didn't watch this sooner T.T
The story is kind of touchy, the past of Rika, how she met Yuta for the first time, tragedy she had to endure, reason for her Chuunibyou
the BEST thing for me is : this anime told the watchers that it's not easy to grow up and leave your childish personality behind
i just don't like one thing, why in the

end the grow-up Rika and Sanae (which is so dazzling) turn back to their childish personality, i know there are a meaning behind them but i prefer they to grow-up

this anime is somewhat confusing for me, the plot little hard to follow
i can't really said is this anime about 'harem plan' or about 'yami'
the chara are pretty good
and there are a ton of ecchi everywhere so for someone who don't like ecchi better to not watch this

the progress walk in a fast-pace so it's not boring to watch
each abnormalities are very unique
though the ending is a real cliffhanger, but i think there would be another season so it's alright

In my opinion it's the best anime for this year
the op and ed soundtracks are good
the chara designs are simple but so appealing with their own unique personality
the romance are developing which is enjoy to follow
oreki always said that his school life are never rosy-colored, but since he met chitanda everything change
now his school life is more than rosy-colored!
