Short review with the light novel in mind...
JK Haru is FINE as it is but gets extremely bad later on with very little pay-off. The art is great and the premise isn't bad, but the pay-off is terrible. The main romance in this series has barely anything to it and the ending is garbage. I have never felt so cheated on my life before. The rain man is the best character, Lupe is second, and Sumo is third. Everyone else is meh. I would just skip this one entirely as the way it will go will be terrible. The rain man is cool, though, but
...
what happens with Haru is BS and dumb Isekai trope. Just go read the ending on Reddit and skip this.

Ugh, another toxic couple gets together. Very gross and do not recommend.
STORY:
3/10
Two girls are born to kill a big baddie. Unfortunately for those girls, the big bad is the childhood friend of Himiko's, the blonde one, and thus an enemy of them. But it's fine, he decides not to kill them after the first night and instead goes out with Himiko. That's cool. Yuri is not very there and it spends more time building up Himiko's and Soma's(That's the big bad) relationship. I liked them together, Himiko and Soma that is, and was rooting for them to get together despite it being a Yuri. Beyond
...
the romance, there isn't much else there besides some bad fight scenes and a lot of trauma. I do feel like the show handled the trauma part really well. It was hilarious when you got to see the bad guys' pasts and the writer lady's trauma, and the reason she became evil, is because she couldn't get her manga published or whatever. Meanwhile, one of them was experimented on to become a weird cat girl, another was put on a casting couch(bed), the two siblings were in a war torn place, and the last killed his abusive father to protect his brother. That part was hilarious. Oh, that's how the bad guys are made, they become so mad at the world that they want to destroy it and then they get to pilot some big mechas. Anyway, the story isn't that great and the romance is shit, especially for the two girls considering one of them abused the other. And the ending is shit and there's some reincarnation mumbojumbo.
ART:
4/10. Nothing good but nothing that bad. Animation sucks.
SOUND:
4/10. Ed and Op are good. Cicadas are loud and the rest of the soundtrack is meh.
CHARACTER:
7/10.
For the characters they actually gave screentime to, they did a good job with. Himiko and Soma are pretty great and they are great together. Then the black haired girl turned into a rapist and they didn't give screentime to anyone else... So yeah. Maybe a 4/10 instead of a 7.
ENJOYMENT:
4/10
Watched this whole playing a game and it was okay most of the time. Had some good parts but wouldn't be something I would give all my attention to. Better to let it play in the background while doing something else because the visuals are not good and the story is pretty bland.
OVERALL:
Shit/10. I hate it, thanks.

Geez, this one turned into a mess.
STORY:
Tuesday runs away from home because she feels suffocated or something. She finds Carole, the black girl, and they become a singing duo, blah blah blah. It's very "Hallmark" in many ways. The story is boring and there are many plot holes and dumb political bullshit that didn't need to be put in here. Clearly people don't like Trump, or at least these Japanese people dont and it shows. There's also dumb crap about how black people are oppressed on Earth because they can't come to Mars or some crap like that. It's really dumb BLM shit that shouldn't
...
be in an anime about music.
ART:
Really good and the animation is fine, though I am not an expert on this at all so don't take my word for it.
SOUND:
Again, not an expert but seems fine to me. Some of the songs I listen to even now, though... These girls are supposed to be unique and amazing, right? Then why do they sound like every single goddamn pop singer in this day and age? I prefer the crazy French lesbian over them.
CHARACTER:
Let's see... Carole and Tuesday are bland and stupid, Roddy is okay and so is the manager, there's a Whitney Houston lady, a guy who can't go out in the sun who reminds me of David Bowie, there's a Justin Bieber boy band member, there's some black crossdressers singing a very cool song, there's a bunch of poor black people, there's a black band that raps and hates white people, there the rival Angela who is a clone or something and likes her manager who is her brother in a way, there's Angela's trans mom who is like any crazy pageant mom on TLC, there's the manager of Angela who never really talks and was fine up until he was revealed they are both test tube babies, there's Tuesday's brother who is fine, there's Tuesday's mom who is Trump (It's really dumb), there's Carole's Dad who I believe was falsely imprisoned or some such nonsense, there's this black lady who thinks she's a space goddess or something, there's some unimportant white lady judge who is Simon Cowell, there's a DJ that is shit compared to Avicii and is not impressed with the girls breaking into his place, I'm pretty sure that's it? I can't remember.
ENJOYMENT:
First half was fine until it got to the political mumbojumbo, the dumb test tube babies, the useless BLM crap, and the songs got a lot worst. Also, there's a song that is We Are the World but done badly and is about mothers or some crap. We Are the World is an amazing song sung by an amazing cast of singers and this Mother song is such crap trying to be like it. Growing up without a mom will also make this song a bit annoying to listen to, and yes I know it's not exactly about mothers or some such nonsense.
OVERALL:
Pretty crap/10. Don't watch and just stick your wet, sticky finger into a outlet instead like I do every morning to start my day.

Komi-san is probably one of the worst new anime I've seen since Mahou Shojo Site and that's saying something considering I got through all of Wonder Egg Priority "ending", Akudama Drive, watched every single episode of Carole and Tuesday, and rewatched King's Game TWICE. And yet I still got more entertainment from King's Game. So what makes it so bad? Let's start with the story.
STORY 2/10:
The story is much like Hioribocchi or Akembi's Sailor Uniform; all these plots involve a girl wanting to make friends. Except those other two are adorable with adorable girls who aren't surrounded by weirdos. Komi is surrounded by weirdos because
...
she herself is a weirdo, but not nearly as much as one like the side characters. The story is bland and forgettable and even the show forgets it. Nothing more to say about it really. Oh, and there's an uninstersting main character who is like the typical male MC you find in most romance or harem anime who befriends her to try and help her make friends. There's nothing to him.
ART 5/10:
The art isn't bad though the animation isnt really there considering you don't need to animate much. It's no Kill la Kill or Takt Op. Nothing that bad like most day it is. It's just very typical art for this kind of plot.
SOUND 5/10:
Same with the art. Nothing good and nothing bad. The OP and ED themes aren't very good and you probably won't remember them like Promised Neverland, Shiki, Basilisk, Code Grass, etc. Nothing good, nothing bad. Just average.
CHARACTERS 1/10:
The characters, to put it lightly, are terrible. We've got bland Komi, bland MC, a crazy lesbian who stalks Komi, a crazy girl who wants to be a dog, some weirdo dude who thinks he's from an anime, a trap, a rival, and some other unimportant side characters. Komi's mom and dad are irritating along with the rest of the cast. The problem I have the most with them is how unrealistic they are and how if anyone acted this way in real life, they would be thought of as freaks and probably jailed, especially in the stalker lesbian example. Do I, as a lesbian myself, have a problem with the stalker girl being a lesbian? No. No, I don't. I could not care less about her being homosexual or not and nor do I care about the trap being the way he is. I could not care less and I certainly don't care about any "representation" in anime or any other media. There are many rapist lesbians, stalker lesbians, creepy lesbians, etc etc... And I could not care less about them. They do not matter and never will outside of these shows. So, the characters are shit and I don't care that the lesbians are crazy weirdos.
ENJOYMENT 1/10:
I did not enjoy this anime at all and I ended up just playing it on my phone while gaming. I didn't find this funny and I didn't enjoy any of the characters. It's very boring and the only people who seem to really like it are those who've read the manga or those who just like Komi. I am not either of them, but hey, this is just my opinion and humor is subjective.
OVERALL 1/10:
I hated this anime so much and I will never pick it up again. I rarely like anime set in a school and I like comedy even less. I don't even really like American comedies so it's safe to say I won't really like Japanese either. I realize that many will disagree with me and that's find. This is my opinion and you should like what you like. Don't skip this anime because of what I said and don't change your opinion about it because of me. I didn't watch Kill la Kill for the longest time because of what people said about it. I now understand why those people were wrong and I really enjoy it. And for other anime? My friend thinks Neon Genesis Evangelion is overrated and not a good Mecha show. I still love that show and it means a lot to me. My review and opinion should never change yours and should never make you feel bad or feel ashamed of liking this. Like what you like and don't let people bully you over it. I didn't like it but it's fine if you do.

Diamond DustDaydreams is a very average and run and uninteresting anime through and though.
The story is just okay while some stories are definitely better than others and most of the girls are very average and bland while others do shine through a bit with their carefree or bossy attitude.
The series is broken up into 6 different stories each girl has two episodes to show her story before it moves on. Let's go over each story.
The first one is a 20 year old girl named Atsuko who helps her mother run a fishery after her father passed away leaving some debt behind as well. The girl
...
is headstrong and wanting more out if life than marriage especially at her age, which is why she keeps pushing her fiancee away. It seems it was an arranged marriage that both of the mothers worked out to ensure the children would marry people that they approved of. Atsuko's mother wanted her to live a easier life than her and to not worry about the debt. Atsuko, however, is in love with a musician who is in his forties. I won't spoil what happened after that. Atsuko is okay and could be a likeable girl, but as with most of the girls, she hardly gets screen time enough to become likable. I still liked her over other girls however but didn't care for her story.
The second story is about a young girl in the hospital who dreams of a prince charming. This girl is Karin who has been in a hospital for 2 years and refuses the surgery that may help her. Her only solace is her web blog where she writes about a Wonderland of sorts, a land where she is a princess. I actually can't tell you anything about this one because it bored me so much that I skipped it and Karin just want interesting to me at all. I also had just gotten done watching Angel Beats which did the hospitalized young girl story much better than this. So I will leave it at that.
The third story is one that I do like quite a bit. It is about an amateur director named Kyoko who won a prize for her movie some time ago and wants to win again. Her boyfriend, also into film, supports her with his love and affection and wants her to be happy. Kyoko is at odds with him most of the story and with the club that she helped start and fund. She is irritated at the club for not taking things seriously since she badly wants, and feels, she needs to win another award. While the club wishes she would calm down and forgive the rudeness of one of the actresses. Things tend to not go her way and she loses something very dear to her due to her obsession with winning. She is one of the girls I like a lot more even though much of her screentime is getting mad at people. She had a goal and she had character even if it was bitchy. I quite liked her story and the ending of it.
The fourth story is my favorite however, as it follows a girl named Suomi, who is the best character in this show. She is nice, joyful, quirky, loveable, and really fun. The episode starts with her witnessing two young boys in an argument that ends their relationship. She ends up spending the day with one if the boys and tells him about a fight she had with her friend that made her give up something that she loved. Her story is simply the best because it doesn't center on a romance or on a crush and has the best characters out of the series. She is simply amazing and I loved every part of her story and didn't skip through any of it.
The fifth story is about a woman named Shoko who is a radio talk host and can be heard in some of the other episodes. She is in love with a man who is not only married but has a child as well. Meanwhile, she gives advice to young people about romance and other such topics. She's also being stalked by one of her fans. Her story is very much a soap opera with what happens but it gets wrapped up in two episodes quickly and it has a sweet ending. Shoko is the oldest woman here and is definitely the most mature. She's pretty great but has nothing on Suomi.
The final story is about a girl named Akari who works part time at a bakery while her father tries to find gold. He is a drunk and had to be forced to go to his job most of the time but loves his daughter very much. Akari's mother died some years back so they only have each other to rely on. Her dad is a very sweet man when it comes to his daughter and loves her more than anything in the world. This story has a romance in it that actually blossoms a lot in thanks to Akari's father. Akari is pretty alright and I liked her story okay.
The last episode is the best one as it brings back all the girls in a perfect way and has them meeting each other. It also shows where each of the girls are and gives them a happy ending. It's a really good last episode and is the reason I gave the series an extra star bringing it up to 5 stars. That's just how good the last episode was. Not to mention the Suomi parts were perfect.
All in all, a good series for those who like light and fluffy shows with a bit of drama and heartbeat and a touch of romance sprinkled in. If you liked things like Rumbling Hearts, Magical Stage Fancy Lala, or Piano, then you may just like this. And if you've never heard of those series, then you may want to stay away from this one.

This is a review from a big fan of Konosuba and I was really excited to finally watch this movie. I love Konosuba and think it's amazing and deserving of praise, but this movie was just awful.
The animation wasn't bad and the sound was pretty good, but the jokes and the story were good awful. None of the jokes hit the same way as in the series and the story was just boring. I hated how they made everyone just another Megumin in the clan and I have some questions for this movie.
Why did all the users in the clan not have to use staves
...
except for Megumin? Aqua also uses a staff and other magic users use them as well. So why does the entire Crimsion clan not use them? I get that Wiz doesn't use them but it made a bit of sense to me since she was a lich. Most liches are powerful beings who use special dark magic unlike other magic users. I thought that Wiz would be the same and she was incredibly powerful and thus she didn't need a staff since her power was so great. But if the entire clan is just as powerful, why don't they go after the Demon King? Instead they don't seem to be doing anything about it. Also, why is Megumin's parents poor if they both have magic, at least the mom does, and seem to be pretty good at it. Why don't they just go do guild work to get said money? It doesn't make much sense. And it seems that they are the only people to have problems with money in the clan. But why? I thought it would have been much better had they not been great magic users, all the clan members didn't live in the same area, we focused more on Megumin's childhood and Yoonyoon, and we had more in the way for romance for Kazuma and Megumin. This movie was a huge let down. The right scene at the end was boring because they had this entire clan that could take down the general if needed to and there was hardly any focus on Megumin and Yoonyoon.
There are also points in the movie where it seemed like the characters were doing things that didn't make a lot of sense for them. At one point, when talking to Yoonyoon's dad, they are told that a large group of minions of the Devil King was coming to the village. The dad doesn't seem bothered by it but you know who got freaked out over it? Kazuma and Darkness. Let's hear that again. Kazuma and DARKNESS. Why would Darkness be freaking out over this? She would be excited if anything, but she isn't. Aqua should have been the one to freak out over it. And there are other moments like this but I can't say I paid enough attention to even remember what they exactly were.
Also, they make jokes about sexual assault several times. Just why... Yes, Kazuma stole panties of girls but when watching it, I was never bothered by it I guess because of the way they did it. He did it a few times throughout the show though the major time he did it, and the first time, was to win the dual against Chris. The show made it clear he was trash but never made him try to assault one of the girls or be assaulted as a joke. That's what they did in this movie. Kazuma almost got raped by a gang of orc women and the show made it off as a joke. It didn't sit well with me and wasn't handled in the same way when he stole panties by using steal. I know it's weird to be okay with that thing but not this but it just wasn't funny and was kinda just horrible.
I really, really did not like this movie and I watched this after watching all of Konosuba again. This was just horrible and didn't even feel like Konosuba one bit. I am very disappointed by this movie and will never watch it again.
