Fire Punch
Fire Punch is a manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto, the author of Chainsaw Man. It is one of the most brutal manga I have ever read, it is brutal, unforgiving and incredibly dark.
Story
The story is one Fire Punch’s greatest strengths , the world is covered in snow and civilisation is about to collapse, thanks to the ice witch who brought the snow upon the world. This brought out the worst in humanity, leading them to persecute the “blessed”, people with supernatural powers.

their village alive, Agni feeds them his own limbs. The two siblings have an uncomfortable relationship Anyway... Agni comes across a group of people who have passed through his village, including Doma, an army commander who happens to be blessed with flames that never go out until his victim is dead. Doma is discusted with the human body parts they found in the homes of the villagers, and decides to set the entire village on fire, including Agni and Luna. But because of his regenerative powers, Agni stays alive in seething pain.
Because of her regeneration being weaker, Luna dies in front of Agni, her last words telling him to live.
Agni spends years conditioning himself to the pain, eventually he gains the strength to start walking, and vows to avenge his sister and kill Doma.
The story of Fire Punch never goes where you expect it to, just like most Fujimoto manga. The story is like no other.

Characters
The characters are another Fire Punch’s strengths, on the level of Chainsaw Man. The main characters all have incredibly strange personalities, that make them endearing.
Agni is constantly on fire and has the mental age of a 15-year-old. He suffers a lot throughout the series, but is basically a normal shonen protagonist (in the way he acts).
Togata is by far the best character in Fire Punch. The only reason they live is for films, and wants to make a film about Agni. They end up following Agni on his path of revenge.
San is an 8 year old boy who is too sweet for the harsh world of Fire Punch. He likes potatoes and sweets, and believes Agni is god.
Nenetto became Togata’s camerawoman after they saved her.
In my opinion, the characters are the best thing about Fire Punch.

Art
Fujimoto is an incredibly weird person, but he is incredibly talented. The artwork in portrays the harsh world of Fire Punch. Some panels are eerie and haunting, while others are...strange.
Fire Punch is one of the most well drawn manga I have ever read.

Overall
I think Fire Punch is an amazing manga. I would recommend it if you like stuff on the weirder side like Chainsaw Man, then definitely read it.
But, it’s not for everyone.
