"Bakemonogatari" is an anime series based on a light novel series by Nisio Isin. The story follows Koyomi Araragi, a high school student who has recently become a vampire after being attacked by one. The series is known for its unique visual style, complex characters, and dialogue-heavy storytelling. Here are some of the good points of "Bakemonogatari":
1. Unique Visual Style: "Bakemonogatari" is known for its striking visuals, which use a mix of 2D and 3D animation, unusual camera angles, and creative use of text overlays. The animation style is both beautiful and surreal, and it perfectly captures the otherworldly nature of the show's supernatural elements.
2.

Complex Characters: The characters in "Bakemonogatari" are all well-developed and have distinct personalities and motivations. Koyomi Araragi, in particular, is a fascinating protagonist (one of the most interesting character in anime) who grapples with his newfound vampirism and the various supernatural beings he encounters. The show also features a cast of strong female characters who challenge and subvert traditional anime archetypes.
3. Dialogue-Heavy Storytelling: "Bakemonogatari" is a show that values dialogue and character interactions above all else. The show's unique storytelling style involves long, rambling conversations between characters that delve into complex themes like identity, sexuality, and trauma. While this style may not be for everyone, those who enjoy it will find "Bakemonogatari" to be a deeply rewarding and thought-provoking viewing experience.
4. Creative Storytelling: "Bakemonogatari" uses a non-linear storytelling style that jumps back and forth in time, which adds to the show's sense of mystery and intrigue. Each episode focuses on a different supernatural encounter, and these encounters often have a deeper meaning that ties into the characters' personal struggles.
5. Strong Soundtrack: The show's soundtrack, composed by Satoru Kosaki, is one of its strongest points. The music is a mix of electronic and orchestral sounds, and it perfectly complements the show's surreal visuals and dialogue-heavy storytelling.
Overall, "Bakemonogatari" is a unique and captivating anime series that stands out for its striking visuals, complex characters, and thought-provoking storytelling. While its dialogue-heavy style may not be for everyone, those who enjoy it will find a deeply rewarding and engaging viewing experience.

The movie is a 10, whatever way you look at it. Most parts were done very well, exceeding my expectations. The movie lacks somewhat in character motives, emotional impact, lore and explanation but that is expected when adapting a visual novel. The original scenes were damn good. I am in total love with the scene where the Great grail is created by Zouken, Justeaze and Nagato in the presence of Zelretch. The ending was just breathtaking. I feel like the very last scene of them going to the Cherry blossom was done better than in the visual novel.
The music was god tier... The visuals

were stunning and all the fights except Shirou vs Kotomine were better to watch in the movie than the vn. Sad but that's expected since it's more suited to the visual novel format.

The major gripe I had with the movie, or rather the entire trilogy, was rin, sakura and Illya, my top favourite characters in Fate. Though they were done quite well in this movie, the decision to cut a lot of important stuff from the last movie affected their characters quality a lot and that carried over. Little things like Zoukens monologue at the brink of his death where he realizes and reminisces the common goal they fought for and Assassin's wish were poorly done. But in return, we got little additions that were very good, like Herc's final moments, Illya's final moments, Sakura and Rin playing cards and Rider tantalizing Saber while keeping Shirou from doing something stupid during their fight. Rider was one character who was very well done in the movie.
The best way to watch the movie would actually be to first read the visual novel and then watch it. I feel like the vn should be your first experience of the last 3 days of Heaven's feel. It was emotional from the very first scene because I read the vn before, and had lots of attachment to the characters and I could appreciate the movie so much more while still not losing the aww factor during the fight scenes despite knowing the outcome. The next best way is to read the vn after the movie. Not as good as the first one, imo but still better than just watching the movie. Just watching the movie will just make it "yet another good movie" and be forgotten later. The visual novel and the movie both complement each other so well, it would be a shame to not experience both of them. That's what will make this movie go from a great one to a masterpiece that you won't forget in your lifetime. I love Fate series and the nasuverse in general, I love the characters so much, I love Kajiura san for all the wonderful music she has created for the Type moon works and I love Ufotable for bringing life to what is one of my most favourite pieces of media ever. I can never not be more grateful for all this.

This was a good manga to come back and visit, and it's still in my top 10. There was a lot of highs and lows, but that's to be expected. I enjoyed that this manga really made everyone feel realistic. I also liked that it left things unresolved like with Kido and Madoka reconciling and becoming friends. I'd like to think that eventually at some point down the road, Kido, Madoka, and Emiru all made up and became friends again. I'm gonna go ahead and assume that Yonegawa and Makiko tied the knot because let's be honest they both deserve happiness and I think they

had good chemistry with one another to where a romance between the two down the road is plausible.
I WISH we did get an explanation as to why Emiru left for a year the way she did and what she was doing during that time. (Wouldv'e been nice if she actually had a kid that was both hers and Kido's. I imagine they would have a son.) Again it was a fun read, but prepare for everything.
A shame we won't know what happens after this, and while it's not the best ending, it's definitely a happy one and that's good enough for me. I'll assume that the two would eventually wed and have a son who they raise happily together.
Story: 8 ; Art: 7 ; Character: 7 ; Enjoy: 8 ; Overall: 8
Did I recommend it? Yeah. But if you're soft hearted person who can't handle this sinful action, you better run, hide your kids, hide your wife.(just be careful in N8R) And i will say that my heart is undergoing some very painful things and i want to punch a wall, and hug someone all at the same time.
