oh boy - Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni.

Only minor spoiler from the first episode and irrelevant comment from the third episode.

Story - 2 (mc gets harem, is op, has a white kirito coat, does quests in isekai, the interaction of magic and the smartphone was pretty well done, as well, though obvious)

Art - 7 (Pretty average art you'd see in a modern day anime)

Sound - 7 (Pretty average as well)

... Character - 4 (They're literally templates and archetypes of an average harem)

Enjoyment - 2 (My personal enjoyment, mainly because I've seen lots of cliches before I watched this. Very predictable)

Overall - 5 (This anime is extremely average it's not even funny. I wouldn't watch this unless you're starting out on anime otherwise you'll just be annoyed.)

oh wow cool it's an isekai anime, I wonder if anything new and interesting will be done in thi- nope this is horrible.

I read the synopsis a couple months ago and I got really interested and excited for it. Since then, I've hyped over it, thinking it'll be something really good like another konosuba (comedy in isekai) or NGNL (bored of life, goes off to do world-changing activities) mix. I was wrong. I've never seen something as predictable as this. This guy literally runs around with a harem to do quests even though he has the ability to use every magic type and knowledge from his world.

It's actually the most mediocre anime I've ever seen.
- Isekai
- is op and extremely bland in personality
- helps girls
- gets harem
- MC also has kirito coat (except white)

After the second episode, I wanted to drop this. However, I wanted to watch the third one hoping that something interesting will happen but only to be disappointed. This harem over-credits the MC on the most obvious things (ex: episode 3, wow, you're so smart you figured this out, even though it's extremely obvious). The feeling I get from watching this anime is pure cringe and annoyance.

I'm not saying that nobody should watch this anime. If you're new to anime and you've only watched <5 or so anime then picking this up might be a good one but if you're a person who has watched a lot of anime and seen a lot of (op MC with harem) cliches then this one will be a waste of time.




tl;dr
If you've watched a lot of anime of this genre (OP and overly-nice MC gets harem ex: SAO, Asterisk War) I wouldn't watch this because this is a very cheesy and predictable anime which will only annoy you as you watch this. If you're new to anime or this genre then I guess watching this would be fine but a better recommendation would be something like Asterisk War which is somewhat more bearable.

It's pretty bad. Don't watch this. Go watch something else that isn't this unless you're new to anime.
