The story: 10
This story hits very ahrd for people who have regrets or are passionate about becoming an artist. Tatsuki Fujimoto wrote a masterclass in serious storytelling in just 140 pages that has hit me harder than longer and more popular manga. He writes masterfully the way manga consumes a mangakas life but also the regrets they have to leaave behind and the final message is just masterful. He does an amazing job on telling the audience how people change as they grow up and how they leave behind people and dreams. Overall one of the best oneshots I've ever read
The art: 10
The art as
...
always is amazing from fujimoto as he draws amazing parallels from the beggining to the final act of the story and does masterfully represent the characters expressions.
The characters: 9
All the characters in the story are masterfully represented to be likeable and also relatable to many people going in the same path as them and how they are represented growing up just adds to the storytelling. The only problem I had is that the story wasnt longer because it almost felt like we were just getting to know the girls before the final act.
Enjoyment: 10
This was a blast to read for me and many others as a massive Fujimoto fan it was amazing to see his take on a very serious and in a way "normal" story and this just further prooved to me that he can write almost any genre masterfully
Overall: 10
