This is good anime.
if like me you'll be turned off or disgusted by misused of histories personality right off the first episode, i'll still recommend the anime as it was unpredictable until the final episodes. The art and animation too sometimes suddenly drop greatly in quality.
To help you, i have created a false backstory to help explained the misused of history. I'm not trying to plagiarized the creators work, just trying to help those who drop this anime just cause of the first episodes, especially christian.
"In the modern future humanity had faced extinction.
Before humanity could perish they created the ... God Race equip with the knowledge of humanities history so that The God race may create a better world i.e utopia that won't repeat humanity mistakes that led to their extinction.
The God race following their creators wish created the world as similar to the history of humanity but without the wars. Basically the God race controlled the fate of the humans.
The human race with the help of the Venus, Goddess of Love and War, chose to take their fates into their own hand and sealed off the King of God Race.
Without the God Race the humans followed the path of war and death, repeating history".

First off, i will not recommend this season of Quanzhi Fashi unless you really want to get to season 3.
Season 1 had a lot of potential in its story plot, may have been too fast paced and badly animated but was light enough to not get bored while binge watching it.
Season 2 is a nightmare.
It was badly directed with a plain killing of characters where they shouldn't have died; decisions and directions without any proper reasoning or merit. Everything for plot sake it felt like it was made and directed by a 10yo.

I have kept this anime on ... hold for now after ep8 b ecause its a torture to watch a series with big potential go down the drain.
I always wonder how good anime tend to stop after season 1 while worse anime get adapted till season 4, so i might continue this series after i recover enough to bear watching this disappointment again.
Hopefully season 3-4 wont disappoint.

no spoiler. my first review.
1. The animation is bad but the story had a lot of potential to develop.
2. The jokes and comedic reactions are done very badly and feels heavily forced.
3. There are no action scenes, unless you call flinging colorful snowball while standing in one spot as action scenes. Though i wont lie there are some gud fight scenes, jk i lied.
4. Character design are nice, just that they are cliche but with toned down cliche personality.

Watch only if you want a fast paced light anime(?) and don't mind discontinuing the series after the first season.
