They both include a romance between human (in KH, the human is female) and a fox demon (male in KH). In OYZ, the female lead struggles to come to terms with her feelings whereas in KH, the male lead struggles to come to terms with his feelings all while questioning and challenging the taboo of a relationship between demon and human. I would say that they have the same pace as they have the same number of episodes. I would also suggest that you read the manga because it goes into more details (however it is ongoing).
