After reading the light novel up to volume 16 the anime seems silly and boring honestly, there's a lot of talk and not much happening in some episodes, however I think they do try to create some background for the characters and make them more memorable.
Because of this I've decided to drop the series now, after 3 episodes from season 3, after liking very much the first season (it made me start reading the LN) and also watching with interest the 2nd season. At this point I'm way too far out in the story to be interested in the anime anymore.

As someone that read the LN first, then started watching the Anime, my first impression (even if it's closer to the end of the season) is that the story hasn't started yet...this kind of story simply can't be presented in only 12 episodes, it needs at least 30+ in order to have some character development and some sense in the end...
