Meh... just meh... if they continue like this I'll most probably drop the show.
It's an entire season wasted on some unfulfilled romance between some of the characters and the protagonist. It maybe got a little interesting at some point, but the thing should have ended in like 3-4 episodes and not have an entire season about it...
Close to the finale they are basically fighting to the death for no real reason... Everything could have been settle just by saying "No" and directly talking to those involved.

After reading the light novel up to volume 16 the anime seems silly and boring honestly, there's a lot of talk and not much happening in some episodes, however I think they do try to create some background for the characters and make them more memorable.
Because of this I've decided to drop the series now, after 3 episodes from season 3, after liking very much the first season (it made me start reading the LN) and also watching with interest the 2nd season. At this point I'm way too far out in the story to be interested in the anime anymore. I would recommend the anime ...

As someone that read the LN first, then started watching the Anime, my first impression (even if it's closer to the end of the season) is that the story hasn't started yet...this kind of story simply can't be presented in only 12 episodes, it needs at least 30+ in order to have some character development and some sense in the end...
