I can honestly say that when I knew what this anime was about, I really thought that the important parts of the series will be the sex scenes. I was wrong.

Main character is trying to survive and grow in this world. In fact, he is pretty sure that achieving a top goal (that is, completing a labyrinth) will help in solving the mystery of why he cannot get out of the game. The way the story explains how this game works is the important part of the anime. It's very solid in that way, and makes it interesting to see how he evolves in the ... labyrinth and in the relationship with his slaves. Why do I consider that is the important part of this series? Take out the sex scenes, and the anime is still entertaining.

The sex scenes (which is not hentai because genitals are not visible, and it's not even hardcore because there is no violent sex) don't even last more than 3 minutes, and people only focus on that. Unfortunately, a lot of sick people here are commenting about the sex implying abusive behavior and rape of... SLAVES!! Come on, this is not our western progressive world. This is an isekai. Why do you think isekai exist? To insert feminism, LGTB, Metoo and other movements in that world? Isekais are wild worlds. Rules are different. The main character is taking decisions according to the rules of this world. He knows it's a game, and if he does not play the rules, he will surely die. He kills monsters (I'm pretty sure these left wing guys will inmediately protest for the rights of monsters), buys and use slaves (oh, yes, that is how this world works) and uses cheats. What is the problem? Yes, he has sex with his slaves. That is a common behavior there. Deal with it. By the way, have you noticed these guys didn't say A THING about the prostitutes? Hypocrites.

Unfortunately, the series will end in the most interesting section of the initial part of the story, which is the introduction of Sherry into the guild. Sherry, as far as I've seen in the manga, is a very solid character.

I really hope they will continue the story in more seasons. And I really hope they keep the sex scenes, just to make these progressive guys understand anime is not for your little minds. Go ahead and continue poisoning your brain with Disney.
