It makes me sad seen one of my favorites anime with a low score.

First of all, it's a relationship anime. So you won't be seeing much of analyses of the plays and tatics and stuff.

Instead you'll see the mc and his relationship with his teammates, his battery's catcher, also with his family.

The mc is kinda conceited and straight-forward, so that everyone around him hates him. Well, he is good at baseball, he wants to get better, so he takes care of his body, wants to to his teammates to work harder, and he doesn't like when people look down on him. Which is understandable, but ... not everyone have the patience to deal with that.
Even his mom doesn't like him, i mean, their relationship is not good either. He is a teenager, so she be like: " what's with that attitude boy?" and "watche your tone"

Only his little brother adores him. Seiha is really cute and pure. And the mc learns a lot with him.

+Don't skip the op and ed they're really nice and cute, and nice vibes
+ The kansai dialect is also really different and very interesting to listen to

This is a really cute and lovely anime.

Even though it is a moe anime, it cannot be described as just a moe anime. Well, most part is, but the friendship between them is adorable, and the song Yui writes for her sister Ui it's so honest and touching I cry everytime I listen to it.

While there isn't really a story behind, the scenes of club training camp, new members to the club, the graduation of the olds mark the passage of time, and that's it, like most of sports anime around.

The openings and the others songs written by the girls are good too, and they ... are sung by the girls!

So I highly recommend this anime, it's really refreshing but you might even cry sometimes

Shinsekai Yori is a distopic world ruled by fear.

The ambiance is so tense and dark. Besides the kids being cute and art not to appease everyone is not a kid show.

The creatures and so horrend, everyone seems to be so scared it makes you feel scared. The narrarator give chills. As the suspence goes developing and the kids go discovering things buried long ago it makes things even more confusing.

It's tensioned up though the entired anime. Nobody knows anythings, if someone discover somethings they get rid of the person or their memories are erased.

The ending is satisfactory. Things are well explained. The plot is ... smooth.

This anime made me love chinese culture !

Besides the story, art, sound, character being all flawless the dedication put in this one made me curious about China! Their clothes, the crown they use on the head, the thing about courtesy name and there's like 5 different ways of addressing one being rude or intimate, their instruments, guqin and etc it's all so rich and beautiful !

The instrumental background, the opening and the ending are so great ! The flute and guqin and the way they sing is enchanting. By the way, how the ending talks about all the sects and the strong point and how ... the name of the song is 'no envy' is so touching. Even remembering makes me tear up.

It was based on a novel, and in my opinion novels are slightly more complex plots. All the characters are well developted with unique specs, badass female characters too. The interactions with every single of them is so unique and rich. In the beginning you might be a little lost in the sects and time passage, but give it a time to get used. It's totally worth it.

The tag say it is boys love, but the 1st and 2nd season don't seem like that all, i even thought it was wrong tagged. So you might as well give it a chance for the plot.

And it's well dubbed ! Well, recently China've been a good work with animation, but Wei WuXian dub is so charming and his laugh is so natural.

I personally enjoyed a lot watching this while I was in high school. Everything is so relatable. Wasting time playing around, career path doubts, unrequited love, sleep-overs, vacations.

Chizuru makes everything so much funnier. He is always spicing things up.

Shun is adorable. He looks like a girl in everthing and his way of speaching is so cute.

The twins are always making fun of someone and Kaname is always complaining but always enjoying their company.

There's lot of angst though the one sided first love of young boys. Mostly of Chizuru. His shy approaches, the moments he zones-out, his uneasiness. It's all well expressed.

One of my favorites sport anime !

I love Mihashi ! He is the super low-self-steem, self-depreciated boy that never think he is right, even though others might think the oposite. His eyes are always straying, his breath's rough and he curls upon himself.

His interactions with the others are hilarious. It always take so much energy from him to look at someone eyes and tell what he is thinking. But despite all that he want so much to be the ace, to play baseball. So despite his behavior the anime doesn't get laid back.

And even the other members of the club don't have much patience with ... him. But they're all so lovely and unique. Every member of club is well developted, unique without strange hair colors to differentiate them.

And I like the fact that the coach is a woman. She is really badass, knew how to impose to the boys, and she is not sexualized.

BUT. Despite all relationship drama scenes, the play-ball is also well thought and thrilling. There's always much thinking in the plays, Abe and Momoko are always analyzing the game and covering lots of strategies inherent of the game.

Masterpiece !

The anime is about 3 friends and karuta. Chihaya is the crazy-stupid in love with karuta, Arata is the timid boy who played karuta since he was born, and Taichi doesn't seem so interested in karuta as he is interested in Chihaya but start playing too.

Their friendship besides all that, Taichi chasing after Chihaya since forever, always been there for her and Chihaya hurting him without even notincing. If you like angst you will like this one

Here and there some beatiful poems of the 'One Hundred Poems' are quoted and explained which make the anime very colourful.

One good point is that there isn't super powers or never seen befere something out of nowhere to make the character invincible and make everyone speechless. So I wouldn't classify as shounen, but more mature.

This is a story about a growing high schooler. He moved in and lives alone because he doesn't want to bother the family that adopted him.

Kiriyama has been though a lot, he doesn't have friends at school, and cries alone at lunch time. He feels unwanted anywhere. There's this genius passage where a kid doesn't want to sit by his side, but as long he has a seat in a shogi competition there will always be someone to sit with him, keeping him company. So in the shogi world he would have a place

This is another work of Chika Umino, a little more fast paced ... than Honey & Clover but deals with family and friend relationships, growing up, careers, belonging to somewhere, etc as well.

I also like that there's character like Shimada (30) and Yamacchan (59) who are more old so there's passages throught their lives, coming of ages, struggles within the shogi. And there's the cute Momocchan (4)! , cute in every way.

This is a hidden gem. It's a much watch!

It has one of the most sad firt episode i have ever seen. The sad soundtrack instrumental piano follows through great part of the anime.

Minato starts fleeing. In some point, he loses track of the thing he like, but he has a bestie who keeps following him around, waiting for him to come back, and has a coach, some 23 years old guy, who seems mature to the high scholers, but they're all strugling through life.

You'll also learn a lot about the path of the achery 弓(arch) 道(path) which is pretty much a philosophy of life, ... like many things in japanese. The serene mind, the rituals, the appreciation. One of the things that catch my attention was how, inside the form to shoot a arrow, soon after the release, you watch and appreciate the shot arrow

So good ! Natsusa can't play rugby anymore but he's still so lively and cheerful. It's a heartwhelming story about overcoming injury and being aroud the thing you like to do.

It's not an so sport focused, so you won't learn much about rugby itself. it's more relashionship and growing up focused. The characters are in college, some questions about going pro or not, discovering your own strenghts, what you can and can not do

Natsusa's personality is so mean, likes to bully around for fun, and Seiichirou is more of a straight-thinking guy but they get a long so well.

Never skip the ending!
The ending ... singed by the cast is adorable !
The fan service is great also. Characters very shippable!
