Story-7
The story at times is very interesting while at other times very cliche. It had is fair moments where I could not stop reading no matter what and other times I was very reluctant to read because it became boring in that particular arc. For the most part it stuck to the main themes of love and heartbreak.
Art-9
I have to admit, the artwork Seo does is fantastic. Emotions are very well shown in the characters. You can clearly read the character's emotions just by the artwork (Excluding Rin cause she is awesome).
Characters-10
Woah wait, a 10? Yes a 10 BECAUSE all the characters were shown
...
just like any other human on the planet. Just regular people with regular emotions caught up in drama and romance. There were no stupidly dense MC or an idiot girl. The characters were very relatable.
Enjoyment-10
All 261 chapters (excluding the fantasy chapters) takes you on a roller coaster of FEELS. SO MUCH FEELS EVERYWHERE! Because the characters are so relatable you get pulled in very easily.
Overall-9.5
I would rate this a solid 9 and a half because of just the sheer enjoyment you get out of reading this. Sometimes I wanted to reach in and punch people in this manga but later when I find out why took the actions they did I find myself sympathizing with me. When they cried, I found myself crying. The story traps you in and doesn't let you go, this is why I gave Kimi N Iru Machi a good 9 and a half.
