The first half of this very short "series" proves to us that a succubus is always a succubus and we don't need to expect anything but NTR.
The second part - indicates that Kanzaki is completely weak and even when he "throws a logical phrase", Setagaya Mari "defeats" him. There is not much that can be said about it as an "anime". It is short, not full of any plot - there will be no "action", only the very beginning and then hentai.
Like hentai, there are no disgusting characters, which is definitely +. Sex scenes, due to the "possibility of changes" - are quite interesting. But.... Again NTR in the very first series, just why?
