I personally think that this a weird recommendation because Youzitsu is a Light Novel (though there's a manga adaptation of it) and Oshi No Ko is a Manga. My second reasoning is that these two series focus on different things. The former focuses on school and hierarchy, while the latter focuses on the entertainment industry. I'm recommending the series because of their protagonists. The two share some similarities. That's all I can say and I don't wanna delve too much into spoiler territory.

Monogatari and Seishun Buta Yarou are quite similar but also quite different. If you're a fan of the romance and supernatural genre, you'll love these two.
