Are You Alice?

Both stories are loosely based on Alice in Wonderland. The protagonists (Oz from Pandora Hearts and Alice from Are You Alice) have similar personalities and are both dragged into a world full of monsters and weirdos where they're given a quest to find something. For Oz it's memories, and for Alice it's the white rabbit. In both manga most of the cast is male, with a few important females that heavily influence the plot. They also have similar tones, being mystery/adventure stories that gradually get darker as the series goes on.

Both are BL stories that take place in a zombie apocalypse. Many of the stories in BL of the Dead also have the same kind of tone as Uruwashiki Shuuen; placing more emphasis on the horror and drama than the romance.

Both manga are comedies with main girls who were isekai'd into being the villainesses from otome games they played in their past lives. They have similar personalities, with both of them being dense sweethearts that manage to befriend many people. Both girls also have a blond, blue-eyed prince with a bit of a twisted personality as their fiance. Both of the guys are prodigy types who were bored with everything until they got engaged, and thanks to the female lead's quirky personality they start to enjoy life more. However, while Otome's Katarina is trying to avoid her doom, Jishou's Bertia is determined to be the best villain she can be! Jishou is also told from the perspective of Bertia's fiance instead of the isekai'd girl herself, which is something you don't see much of in these kind of stories. It's honestly kind of refreshing. Both of these series left a goofy grin on my face, and hopefully if you're a fan of one you'll end up enjoying the other too!

Copernicus no Kokyuu

Even though the plots are very different, both manga have a similar feel. They're both dark, trippy, and have unique art styles that add to to the unsettling tone of the stories. The main character in both is a broken, emotionally unstable person who's forced to try and keep up appearances because of their work (In HS a model, in Copernicus a circus member and prostitute). Both characters are also fixated on beauty. HS revolves around the more common idea of beauty (like facial structure, body figure, etc.) while Copernicus is about the circus and trapeze arts.

Gaitou Alice

Both of them have an Alice in Wonderland theme and deal with human characters making contracts with demonic entities. Both have dark undertones that become more overt as the story continues. Each series also has good art with an interesting cast mostly comprised of pretty males, and there are a few surreal backgrounds in Gaitou Alice that reminded me a lot of the abyss in Pandora Hearts. I wouldn't be surprised if Gaitou Alice was inspired by Pandora Hearts, although by no means is it a ripoff.

They're both mindscrews of movies that blend the settings' realities with elements of the human psyche, with amazing animation to boot.
