Episode 7 kind of pissed me off and definitely made me less inclined to watch it from this point on. Here's why...
So, does anyone else not by this BS and agree with me that Lainie isn't as innocent as she portrays?? I'm not completely convinced it's not her fault, I'm in conflict since 1 she showed up with another woman's FIANCE (Euphyllias future freaking husband) to a big event with many attendees present. Knowing how in those days that would look to the public and what it would insinuate, negatively perceived, possibly causing irreparable damage to Euphyllia (mentally/psychologically, emotionally, physically, financially & socially) and

her family (reputation + more). It could cause a lot of harm and the intent would be irrefutable and have major consequences!! She didn't once speak up for her, not even a whisper or sound smh. That alone would make her guilty and a willing participant in that predicament. You don't show up in arms (intimately) to a formal event with another woman's man, being paraded around like you're his woman, while his actual woman showed up alone (which every gossiped about), that picture shows more than a thousand words, truly embarrassing and horrific.
Then he literally DENOUNCES her in front of everyone, following by canceling their engagement, while demonizing and publicly slandering her, as if Lainie was a victim and targeted. Showing that she's the "other woman" who "stole" her man and her position. And yet again, she didn't speak up or interrupt their foul words convicting Euphyllia of fabricated charges concocted out of malice intent to set her up. Completely tormenting her and basically (a) social assassination, even had other fraudulent male pricks & fake female friends spewing lies to further cement her quick fatal fall (from grace). Yet NOT ONCE did Lainie speak up, deny such accusations, not even shake her big a$$ head in disagreement lmao, just sat there looking stupidly shocked. So sorry but I wouldn't be so quick to forgive nor not place any blame on her, she absolutely knew better and her actions defined her character and showed us all what we needed to know, disgusting & disgraceful (intentionally or unintentionally). Oh also Fck that shyness and inability to speak in certain intense situations crap too, unacceptable. Fck her and Anis for briginging her there, so disrespectful, very disappointing move on her part, completely disloyal. And especially the dumba$$ author for writing that trashy shii to begin with (her being forgiven and welcomed with open arms) smh!!
