Sakamoto Days is breath of fresh air. You will not regret giving it a read.
For starters, the humor is genuinely funny. Something about the jokes and little facial expressions/quirks the characters make is so charming. Despite Sakamoto being an obvious standout from the rest, EVERYBODY has a history, a motive, etc. You will fall in love with these characters quickly.
HOWEVER.
It can get serious, FAST. This is an action-packed story about assassins. Shit is NOT sweet. The fights are incredibly choreographed, and while there are plenty, they all serve a purpose, and often bare some twists; as mysteries unravel and pieces to the story's
