Jormungand is a story that will definitely stay with you. It's unique as it does not deal with your usual themes. For those who are tired of the recycled plots, tropes and stories that is definitely a good thing.
The story revolves is about the weapon dealer Koko and her crew which includes the child soldier Jonah. They travel around the world for all kinds of deals and encounter various hurdles they have to overcome. From trouble with other weapon dealers to the CIA and various security authorities.

In overall it's not an anime I'd would want to buy or watch over and over again, except for a few specific scenes. To me this adaptation feels like an insult to the manga and for the loyal fans of Tokyo Ghoul.
Episode one was fine, it can give you the impression that it's worth to try but afterwards it goes down hill. Too many character get thrown into the story too fast most of them get neglected until later on, which makes you wonder why the hell they introduced the characters so early.
