A good show with a lovely ending
Story
The story starts not too quick, but not too slow. Ayu and Nina are good friends who are attending the same school, but Ayu is the only one who knows that Nina is a witch from the Magic Kingdom. However, Nina isn't really good at magic and that's why she came to this world. Of course there's a boy that Ayu likes, Kaji. The show views Ayu's and Nina's daily life around school, magic, love, etcetera. It doesn't sound that original and that's true, but it has good point and that's why this show immediately grabbed me from the
...
first episode. The story has this really lovely ending, which I didn't really expect and it still was good.
Art
The art was okay. The persons are pretty good looking and the backgrounds are sometimes pretty cool! The only thing that actually bugged me, were the repeated scenes of ofcourse Nina's transformation, but also the usual and same shot when they show Orihara's house.
Sound
The seiyus did a good job. Only the word ''Practice'' ended up annoying me, but nothing was troublesome. The OP and EN are okay, but not that good. Sure, it fits with the anime and it's catchy after a while, but that's it. The background music is pretty normal and perhaps a bit too sweet.
Character
The characters are very good! Okay, they are somehow what you expect them in a story: Ayu is the popular girl who likes the popular boy, Nina is the clutz, Kaji is mr. popular, Tsujiai tags along, Orihara as jealous person and two other characters who make the show funny when it's needed. The characters do grow and have their own problems, which makes them credible. Backgrounds of the characters are given and developments are made. Unfortunately, there was a character that was a bit too late introduced, but it didn't feel any rushed. It made it only more interesting!
Enjoyment
I really bursted out in laughs at certain times and sometimes even at parts of the running gags like something about a locker. I can't say that I liked all of the filler episodes (which weren't that much luckily), but there were certainly some episodes that I really did like! You could think different about cats after a certain episode... And there's ofcourse the ending. Yes, Ultra Maniac is definitely worth watching!

Another review of FB? Yes, another one, but this one is one worth reading if you want to know if you'll want to watch it or not.
First of all, the story. Honda Tohru, a girl whose mom has passed away recently, lives on her own in a tent. Untill she suddenly discovers the house of Sohma, where one of her classmates lives! The house is quite normal, but the members of the house aren't... This gives very funny situations and this is not something that you so often in anime, so this is the part that makes the story not too typical
...
shoujo-like. Even if FB is named as shoujo, it's not only for girls!
The art of FB is nicely drawn and is pretty to watch. Most of the boys are bishy-like and all the other characters look nice too. Sometimes a bit simple, but still fine to look at. The animal forms are also nice. You can see immediately what animal they have to be and they even remain their expressions. The quality is really of today, so that's not something to complain about. It makes it really easy to watch.
The sound was okay. The intro and ending song are somehow fitting to the anime. The voices are nicely casted, since you can really know what their emotion is. Angry, sad, happy or just joking around, you'll know immediately! The sound effects are okay, so it's all fine by me.
The characters all have their own issues. This gives a nice view why they act different than you'll think at first sight. There's enough development in the characters as they grow in the series, so nothing wrong with the characters too!
Enjoyment? Too high! Okay, that might be exaggerated, but I really enjoyed this anime. It's funny and at some times a little drama for the story, but nice to look at and with good seiyuus. The story is shoujo, but not so shoujo that's it's annoying, not at all! I can recommend Fruits Basket to anyone who enjoys who... Oh never mind, just watch it! Enjoy!

Story
Nanoha StrikerS is set ten years after Nanoha A's. Nanoha, Fate and other characters they've met now work full time for the TSAB. We meet two new characters in the first episode: meet Subaru and Teana. They are mages who have Nanoha as trainer and they're trying to rank up as a mage. It doesn't take long and two new characters appear: Erio and Caro. Nanoha, Fate and Hayate must train these four mages to work together and to save the world from new enemies.
The story is not longer that original if you ask me, but still, Nanoha StrikerS has things that makes
...
it different than other mahou shoujo. ''What makes it more different than?''. It are the military and the political part of the story which makes the difference, but which also makes it sometimes harder to understand what it is about. Further is there the low amount of love that's in StrikerS. Love is in most of the mahou shoujo a must and yes, I missed it here. But this all isn't a problem if you're fan of mahou shoujo, action and of course fan of the characters that appeared in the previous seasons. The story deserves an fair 7.
Art
The characters are still looking fine, just as the weapons. The battles really show off at the screen : it looks great! Not to forget those unisons.. Just check them out if you're far enough. You'll love them, no matter what. The magic looks awesome, the summons are a bit less, but still cool. I want more transformation scenes! Missed them and they're part of the art too. For the awesome art an 9!
Sound
I loved the openings, what else to expect from Nana Mizuki? I liked the endings less, but they were okay. The voices of the characters fitted, but the voice of Arf, who has a really small role, has another seiyu. The voice is too cute for Arf: I prefered the Arf seiyu from the previous seasons. But further is was all okay. An 8 for sound.
Characters
Ah, the characters. I really loved them. You get to know the past about a lot of characters and that is one of the most important elements of this anime. Hayate per example, who has it tough, because not of people with who she must work trusts her. The characters are good developed, but I wished that some had more appearances! Despite that, it gets an 9.
Enjoyment
I really enjoyed this anime. The moment that a certain character went berserk and simply the emotional fights between characters. The battles are awesome, just as the characters and all the other scenes. The only scenes that were a bit boring were the training scenes, but not all of them... Enjoyment gets an 9!
Overall
You must watch StrikerS if you couldn't get enough of the previous seasons. If you dropped at the first season: pick it up again, just as I did! You're going to love StrikerS if you came through the first season and A's.

You love love? Then you're going to love this anime!
The story itselves seems very standard at first glance, but it isn't. Risa, the main character, is an girl who is taller than the average girl. She wants an boy that's longer than her, but then something happens. She and Otani, a very short boy from her class, are often being laughed at, because they look and act like an popular comedy duo. Although the fact they're being laughed at and are bickering all the time, their friendships start to grow and Risa even starts to like Otani. From here on the story has a lot
...
of twists and turns, even untill the end, which makes it very interesting!
The art was nice. It has it own style and is different than most of the anime. The characters wear different time of clothing and have an other hairstyle. The art is more focused on the girls than on the boys: the guys aren't really handsome or whatever, not something you see a lot in shoujo! An other visual part are how the emotions are showed. They're typical, but also 'a bit' exaggerated. It doesn't annoy me, instead it makes me laugh! It makes it very funny and that's a part of the power of Lovecom.
The sound was something that perfectly matched the anime. Once you know the translation of it, you're going to love it. When I first heard the OP and EN I didn't enjoyed it that much, but now I'm totally in love with it! Later on the OP and the EN change... I loved them at once!
The characters are just so human! You could have the feeling that you're one of the characters, there's nothing extra-ordinary or something about them, like that they're actually an alien or something. No, the characters are human and that's why you can feel sorry for a person when he or she is crying and sympathize with them. It makes the whole story only more interesting~!
I really, really, really enjoyed this anime. The love, joy, sadness, funny parts, dreams that come true, dreams that scatter, it is all part of it and that's what it made me totally addicted to LoveCom.
Overall it deserves an big 9~! Just watch and see this amusing anime!

Ah, Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha. When I first watched it, I dropped it. Untill recently! I came to the conclusion that the first episodes are so typical mahou shoujo, but I continued. Indeed: it turned out to be a good anime if you like mahou shoujo in any way.
The story is, like I already said, very mahou shoujo. Girl meets unknown person, person needs help with collecting stuff, girl helps the person. Yeah, very typical. The story is in the beginning very Cardcaptor Sakura like, but later on the real and interesting story begins. The real story is interesting and emotional.
The art of the anime
...
was nice. The character art is very nice: Nanoha, Fate and the other characters are well done. The battle costumes are awesome, but the normal scenes are not that pretty. Think about the background art etcetera. Despite that, I give it a 7!
The sound was all right. The opening is just beautiful : I never skipped it an episode! It's so catchy... The ending was okay. The backgroundmusic and effects are nice too.
The characters looked pretty, but not all the characters had the time to develope themselves emotionally. A pity! The outside of the characters are very cool, especially Fate. The costumes look great, the hairstyle was nice and the weapons are awesome. The only character that was not pretty was the real villain, but hey, that's what you can expect...
I crawled through the first episodes: they are way too typical mahou shoujo. But then a part of the story finally starts and thinks start to happen : awesome fights. The characters looked nice, just as the sound was and the art was so-so at some moments. Despite the fact that the story only started for real at the last episodes, I enjoyed this series till the last moment. Enjoyment and overall an 8!
