It may not be the best anime out this season, but it for sure is not the worst either. Even with is pretty average story, there is just some spark to it that you just have to enjoy.
At this point of watching it, I am full convinced that the 3D animation was done badly on purpose. There was a whole scene where a guy is mowing and they just used some real footage of a guy and put a 2d head over him. If you ask me, that is comedy gold. Animation done so badly, that it works for the anime.

I mean its alright.
Compared to the other animes that are airing while this one is, this is dog water. If we compare it to what it is, a horror anime, then Id say its still not the best. I can see where they are trying to go with the anime, but its poorly executed. One major flaw is its direction. 3 episodes have aired so far out 4. I still cant tell if this horror anime is about Satanist, Fish people, or about a antient ritual burial ground. I just believe if they would have just focused on one horror element, then the writing could have ...

From the moment of watching the trailer, I knew this would have a interesting story. I'm going to keep this review pretty short and sweet, highlighting the films main points.
Its at times like this, I really wish that MAL had .5 intervals when rating. The film strikes me at not quite a 7 but its just missing the mark for a 8. I loved the overall theme of the film. A group of kids going on a adventure to help them grow internally. The interaction of the kids and how they acted towards one another is what really kept me watching. What I was ...

This is my first review of a manga, also the first manga I have read. I just want to start by saying that this manga probably will not be for everyone. If you want a full action packed manga, then this most likely wont be for you. If you want just a chill, easy read then you're in the right spot!
The art style is what really makes the manga shine in my opinion. I honestly cant wait for the anime to come out to see how it adapts to it. Hopefully they can replicate the chill, night life atmosphere, that the manga does so well.

Anyone that has seen this anime knows that each episode almost tries to out due the last horrible death than the last. This episode is so much different than the others, it gives Subaru a much needed break from the return by death nightmare he continues to go through. It was nice seeing the people of the mansion interact with the people of the village, with even Beatrice joining in. All that being said, the episode has no true major story moments other than the fact it explains the magical release period. Not to say that is a bad thing though. I would recommend not
