a light romantic COMEDY anime , perfect for enjoying your anime night when you don’t have anything particular to watch ..
the story is the usual or a cliché which isn’t memorable or catchy but how the anime is portrayed through good animation and hilarious moments make it all up for the story .. it’s like most of the comedy oriented animes , nothing out of the usual but it’s really enjoyable .. you’ll get a good laugh and love watching the MC interacting with his surroundings .. he’s cute clumsy brave and strong , and the main female isn’t you whiny helpless girl , she’s

the characters were rich and few of them didn’t get more screen time , you’ll absoluty love them
the story had the potential to be your deep dark romance if they gave detailes about the MCs families background and their hardships but they just showed a glimpse of their past and jumped back to the comedy ( it’s a bonus if you’re watching the show to clear your mind and enjoy cute girls and settings )
and like most of the romance animes , the ending didn’t have a serious impact on the viewes or the story , it just feels like any other episode in that anime
9/10 overall enjoyment

this review includes the 16 ep of the anime , let me happily review it
watching the anime was like having a strange meaningless annoying dream but you didn’t really hate it because it was somehow deep and left a taste of something in your mind lingering for a while ..
some people might watch the anime simply and don’t get what’s the unique experience they just had ..
the anime could easily pass as a hollywood movie , imagine a building having each floor dominated by a murdere psychopath with whatever facilities they ask for , they wait for sacrifices to ring their door to toy
...
and kill them or the sacrifice could manage to kill the psycho and pass the floor , the main girl is a sacrifice trying to get her way through the floors with another psychopath ..
while it ofcourse had the anime cliché moments , and minus point for not packing all the psychos with their past life story and environment which turned them into murderes paycho as it would have be hell interesting , but the main characters stories were great so i’m forgivin them , i had my mind full already with empathy toward the psychos who are actually human who never found love and u get to understand and feel for them ..
at first the lines the main charcter say will not make sense and you will judge the anime and that it has weak script lines , yet in the end all the things makes sense and fall in place since they are psychos who had raw emotions and words ..
over all i loved it , and loved it much more by the ending episode .. it was the perfect ending for such an anime
i think the story had much more potential than how was the anime portrayed , the story could be a novel or a movie and better with back up story for each criminal

two types of animes exists , episodic animes and main story oriented animes
for violet evergarden both types exists and both are equally beautiful .. although for me i was interested more in the main story which occured in the past & history with the major .. if the main story was the present i would have given the anime the full score
well the emotionless main character slowly getting to know what feelings and emotions were , was relaxing and beautiful espically if it was accompanied with excellent animation and music and lines too ..
wether you like how the story was told or

not , everything about the anime was on point .. it’s not an anime you would watch for a quick story but if you hae the time to relax and enjoy something deep

i avoided yuri on ice for 2 years because of the overhype and because i watched Free! anime beforehand and i thought they were similar ..
it’s a good sport anime with all the competitive feels , the win and the failure and brought all the perfect feels to my heart while watching , i loved the sport from what i watched in the anime and this is the plain truth about yuri on ice
i’m a fan of yaoi and BL , and i thought yuri on ice was a cannon BL but there’s no hint of these in the anime .. it’s

just a strong connection between a coach and their disciple , admiration and love not really in a sexual way but looking up to a person so much way , the emotions is raw after the competitions so u can’t really judge their reactions ..
the story is acceptable , not much personal development between the characters as i can say it’s all development in professional way , i wanted more of the former
the last 3 episodes were boring , the short program and free program of each competitor were on repeat in those eps while i didn’t care much about them , i had to bring their performances over and over in each episode

i found about the anime two days ago and i’m addicted to it by the time being , after watching until the last fifth ep unsubbed ( this how much i’m addicted ) , i went to read the manga then the novel ..
the anime starts off with ambigious events you don’t understand what’s going on but by the end of the first episode you get the over all idea .. of course the novel is well built up and it does explain the first episode in details so you’re not lost as in the anime experience
the story is really rich and adventrous
...
, remind me of those antiuques adventrous anime with thick plot and i know that from reading the novel which is quite represtented in the anime to some degree , let’s just hope there will be tons of seasons for this anime to deliever this magic
back to the anime and aside from the messy first episode , the art is mesmerizing with crazy budget , you might watch the whole the anime just for the art and no one would blames you with some sort of new gergeous visual effects
the charcters is good , espically the flash backs is enjoyable and show their development when compared to the actual time line and i meant the whole bunch of friends not only the main characters
the main characters BL is my kind of BL , simple pure and almost toward the bromance side rather than yaoi side
the both males are powerful with rich history in cultivation and magic so both are respectful , neither is pitiful or need the other to depend on but their interactions together is something to look forward to in each episode
loved it and i’m waiting patiently for the animated episodes

i had the urge to write this review because i almost turned into this anime hater and dropped it , but then i picked up the manga and read the whole thing until the last update in one night ..
the anime is exactly portraying the manga scenes but a little rushed or reading the manga gives you time t slowly get in the mood ..
also the romance is built up for, so it's not cringy as the anime .. the over sexuality was explained in the first episode that those devils species have the equal lust for blood and sex both leads to each
...
other so we can understand the point of the rushed romance
the heroine seems characterless in the first episodes but she shines later and i would say she has much character and brave more than the hero
now i appreciate the anime more because i consider it as animation of a really good hidden manga which got all story aspects

first of all , Free! is not the slightest gay ( sadly lol )
before watching Free! i had a really high expectations for it , because of how popular it is so i thought it would leave me hooked ..
i watched it till the end and enjoyed the amazing artstyle & the beautiful crystal eyes , the water details and the anime style , i liked everything except a few things ..
the story start really good , competitive guys having a passion for swimming so they try to create their own highschool swimming club , they try to fined a fourth member and
...
they find Rei who wasn't interested in the beginning but gets pulled in by haruko beautiful swimming ! until now it's all great but i forgot to mention , the team had a past at grade school with another fourth member Ren who left the country for Australia ..
i was looking forward for the expected exciting competitions and the new teams difficulties , i was looking for their bond getting unusually strong & tight ( it was a hint there of these ) BUT the whole thing was , the whole point of this anime was ; that Ren who left them in the past was sulking over something since he came back home , i didn't understand why was he that childish , and the worst his sulkiness was affecting haruko's mood but thankfully not decisions !
anyway , the episodes goes by and you try hard to understand why Ren is sulky , later haruko explains the hidden past but i don't get it why was he sulky ? then Ren himself explains it and i still don't get it , Rei explains it too and i still don't get the point of Ren childish sulkiness !!
i was okay with everything about this anime except the main point of it ! the sulky Ren , why was he sulky , why was it so important for us to know , why was he affecting the future of 4 other members ??? it doesn't make sense , your past with your friends shouldn't hold you back that much , it's unhealthy ..
i felt really bad for Rei ( the new member ) who was just a mere replacment , he worked really hard for them , practiced , tried to protect them , yet they talk about the past and their lost old member 99% of time ! i can't imagine being in a team who doesn't even look at me !
it was a nice watch , satring at haruko's clear eyes & the team half naked bodies , their practice & efforts , i enjoyed this much but it could have been way better if they settled the sulky Ren issue in 3 episodes & then move on !

it'/ my first review so bear with me , & include the both seasons noragami & noragami argato
when i first started watching this anime & till the 4th episode i found it silly , the phantoms creatures , the characters and how the characters easily managed to take down the phantoms, i dropped the anime to watch tokyo goul then came back when i found nothing else to watch ..
let me say , i was totally wrong about dropping it , later i got hooked when i finally understood the equation of noragami ..
characters 10/10 or even more !
god yato is
...
actually the cutest thing that happened to the anime world , he's serious when it's required & HILARIOUS the rest of the time , a sipirit free character that makes my day by just watching him walkimg around asking for his 5 yen thing ! he's well developed and mature , ( his past reminds me a little of tomoe from kamisama kiss ) - he's acting as a simple minded guy to compensate for his badass past , however God yato is much more richer & hilarious instead of cold .. absolutely you're gonna fall for him
hyori , the main girl is well developed too , unlike most female heriones - she doesn't get herself in troubles , she doesn't need to get rescued by yato every 5 minutes , and she deals with her issues personally & could even be useful sometimes ! yeah she's annoying thanks god nor she walks blinded by yato's love , it's all natural, romantic only when needed ..
talking about romance , slow but steady , it gets even more obvious as seasons comes by , however not distracting ! just the right hint of romance , you know it's there in the air but the main aren't walking like fools blinded by love - more serious issues are going on !
yukine , bishamon & all other characters are really uniqe & interesting , although i tried hard to ignore them because yato shines really bright with his personality among whatever anime character i've seen but i couldn't continue ignoring them , i was suddenly in love with them all i would like to watch a whole season about their individual life & i wouldn't even mind , as episode & encounter accumulate their relationships gets more developed & clear with yato
story 9/10
the story is good , and because his past involves the characters he's dealing with in the present , you'll find it all connecting & interesting , i loved every aspect of the story
enjoyment 10/10
action , romance , historical , laugh .. name it & you'll definitly find it all .. i'm enjoying it even better as more seasons & manga updated , i hope we'll get another 10 seasons of yato or more ..
so watch this season & noragami argato to get the full picture ^_^
