This is weird, when is saw this anime, day before yesterday, I clicked on some parts of anime about few seconds and I started to cry. After that I felt bad at next day, for good I found other things to do and forget about this anime. But today I decided to watch it in its entirety and nothing made me to cry or feel bad and strange I didn't understood most of situacions.

The art reminds me a old sovied animation, in general the animations between 50s to 90s, which I watched when I was kid, because my parents and grandparents are born and ... lived in communist times. Maybe for that I cried.

Overall I recommend to see this animation as art, not as tipical anime.

RICE! RICE! RICE! WELCOME TO THE RICE FIELDS, MOTHERF**KER!
Most of the time only is about RICE and how to growing it. I expected there to be more fights, but no... RICE! :DDDD

The anime is good especially when you want some variety and a break from the animes you've watched before. As I joked above, most of the time it's about rice and growing it on an island full of monsters.

Story: Okay but there are times where they do the same thing. And that's why it got boring, well the last episodes got interesting I would have dropped it. I don't know if the story ... of the game itself is any different and interesting than the anime, because I haven't played it. I've noticed it's been years since they've arrived on the island and nobody's aged, which is strange even the baby has not learned to speak.

The art is very good, nothing to argue about.

Very good manga with good story and easy to reading. I enjooyed the adventure of Ponko, it's about how she become more human as character and ended with people as part of them.

The story is humoristic with moments of drama, loneliness and nostalgia. Could have more chapters about Genji's kids families and contacts between them. For slice of life manga 79 chapters are not much.

The art is very good, even if there were changes, I haven't noticed them. There are many pages with only art and for sure speed up reading of the chapters. Maybe for that it was light for reading compared to ... the previous mangas I've read.

Manga about school girl which is childish and act as little girl. She like cute things and do stupid things. But this brings her to
ongoings, adventures and few times close to death of the kind of: meeting the one with the scythe, fight with dragon, evading from hitmans... to find new friends in the town which is she and domesticate the dragon and turns him to small cute dragon, and etc.


The manga is little random, moments are not much connected. First chapters are random, every chapter she do diferent things, like sneezing, reading, riding, playing and etc. Only about what she do in the ... free time. After few chapters she meet for first time with Death and becouse is airheaded, she don't feel fear from him and give hug, but this evaporates him. After that event in one kingdom away from her, the guards of the princess are saw how their warrior (The Death) die from Amemuiya and they send the dragon to kill her, but as I said at the beginning she domesticate the dragon. And then the plot changes drastically. She go to the school for first time.
Which made me confused.


In the school she meets weirdos like her and most of them are more weird from herself. They are mythical creatures and happens to have victims because of their superpowers. In the last chapters which came out for now, they do school projects and Amemiya makes a comics/manga for that.


You will laugth at some moments, at other will say WTF, in third will be enjoy cute things.

The artstyle became more rounded with time and that affected also on the Nichijou and that changed it alot. Arawi become more irregular he post a new chapter every month -two -three and more, about 9-12 pages story. I wouldn't be surprised if he dumped the manga one day. For this i have mixed feelings.

After CITY (by Keiichi Arawi) I searched for other mangas from this type (slice of life and comedy) because I like comedy. I found Yotsuba&! after watching Azumanga Dioh and I looked what Azuma is made.

In february I started to reading it, for month and half I read it. In the old volumes I enjoying on everything, Youtsuba was more childish, Jumbo was little more rude and cool, and the environment was set for 2000s and etc. But with every new volume everything changes, new technologies like smartphones was added, although in the story passed months, but in real life passing years and ... decades, now it's hard to tell what year it's set in. In the new volumes I don't like how everything is changed. I feel like something is missing. The humor is not same and Yotsuba make more cute things than stupid onse, the art style became cute and clean. After Yousuke got a car, every trip became little boring without Jumbo and maybe for that I feel the missing. When on Yotsuba was bought a backpack, It made me sad that it might the manga end soon.
My biggest criticism is that Azuma shouldn't have changed the environment

If you want to read it, just do it! You will laught especially on the old volumes, which I recommend. On the new, you'll enjoy the cute things Yotsuba does and on clean landscapes.
