I like this anime for it's art. So...
1. Art.
These anime has very beautiful opening & ending. I can add a point for them.
Wonderful backgrounds. Many frames so beautiful that I want to take them for wallpapers.
The characters have nice designs. I understand that it was taken from the original source. But it was not screwed up. At times there are problems with the movements of the characters, it is not realistic. But it is a problem from the beginning of the anime. It does not apply to action scenes.
2. Story
You have to watch Fate/Zero to understand the anime.

detective stories that later become a whole history. The stories are spiced with anguish of the main characters. The anguish will be resolved by the end, but I cannot say so about the detective line. And you cannot guess who is the criminal, because you have not enough knowledge. This is why the detective-story is not very good. Overall, following the progress of the investigation is somewhat enjoyable -- if you ignore that almost all minor characters become detectives too... And other minor characters are strongmen. And there are strongmen-detectives. Sometimes I thought it was a parody of a detective story. Perhaps it was intended?
3. Characters
The main characters. Waver looks & acts like quite alive. Also he often crouched in fdeshbacks with story, that had long ten years ago. But he lives, changes, develops, and in general, he is a man of integrity.
Gray is a kawai girl with a powerful weapon. She is boring, melancholy, strongly devoted to the Lord. She could be ok, but according to the plot, she has a prototype — epic hero. And she is completely different in character from this hero. Also about appearance. There is a hint of an explanation as to why this could be. The anime includes a hint of an explanation as to why this could be. But only one hint.
Reines. I like her. She has her goals, preferences, friends, enemies. But she is not so originally.
As for the minor characters, I found a few interesting. At first it's Melvin. He is not often shown, but he has its own story and It looks like he has hidden character traits and motives.
Second. Karabo: he acts in an unusual way for a representative of the church. His actions are unpredictable to the end.
Flatt & Svin I found boring.
4. Music
The music in this anime is very beautiful.
5. Enjoyment
If you are interesting in Waver's fate, and if you would ignore periodic problems with drawing movement and the number of detective characters, you can get pleasure. Also, you shouldn't expect much from the end of the anime.

What should we know before watching this anime? First, there is no mystery here at all. Secondly, although it is indeed a crime drama, there's not much thriller here. It is a crime detective in which a troubleshooter Majima Makoto, who is a friend of the leaders of local gangs, investigates different criminal incidents to resolve conflicts and to save tranquility in Ikebukuro.
So, let's disassemble this anime point by point.
1. Plot. How I told before, main character Majima Makoto is the troubleshooter, who acts as an intermediary between various semi-criminal gangs and the police. At first sight, the conflicts he resolves are not connected. The

first 10 episodes can be viewed as separate, unrelated. Only at the end of the series the plot become integral, separate episodes add up to a single plot. On the way to the final – I do not say, is it happy or not – there will be many scandals, intrigues, investigations. I can say that the denouement seems logical and it is really difficult to predict. I did not predict the denouement.
Plot – 9 points.
2. Characters. Of course, the main protagonist is elaborate better than others. His motives and reasons for actions are clear to me. He acts like a real living person. He evokes sympathy and compassion or even admiration.
Two other main characters and all minor heroes are less elaborate and understandable. However, they are recognizable. They do not merge. For example, Ozaki Kyouichi does not evoke any emotions. But he must. However, it does not interfere with the plot.
Characters – 7 points.
3. Animation, Art. It does not evoke rejection. Fights probably look boring, but realistic. Although the faces, (with the exception of the main character) all seem familiar. It also does not interfere with the plot. We are not bothered by the repetitive faces in the movies, are we?
Animation – 7 points.
4. Music. Well, it exists. I am not good at music for anime. I found a track from the ending theme for myself.
5. In conclusion. Would I recommend watching this anime? Of course. But not for those who want something like Durarara!! IWGP is not so humorous, mystical, emotional. It's a completely different genre. I would recommend this anime to detective lovers. You will definitely enjoy it!

Here and on other resources I read that this anime is not very good, because the jokes are not funny. I can say it is true. But! Even the characters say the same. And it is normal, because girls still study the comedian profession..
I think the error of this anime is in the positioning. It is not a Comedy. It is Slice of Life only. And as "Slice of Life" it deserves attention.
1. Story.
What is a story of a Slice of Life?
Girls eat, discuss school/work, sometimes work (train for performances and perform on stage), sometimes travel, sometimes joke. It's classic. Favorite classic.
2. Animation.

quite pretty. It looks like Lacky Star, but still it's original. I like it.
3. Characters.
They are ordinary. All types are customary and not too bright. Just like in Yuru Camp, which is referenced here.
I cannot say that the characters dynamically evolve, but not much time has passed. And in the profession they still develop: there have already been the first successes and failures, the first discoveries. And their growth takes place at the usual, human speed.
4. Enjoyment.
I like it.
So this is good Slice of Life.
