Love the watercolor art, very appealing, honestly, any screenshot can be used as a background or wallpaper. Is slow at the start, but that's the charm of it, doesn't rush and likes to take its pace.
The story is pretty good, really realistic, especially the fact that the characters are not strong and even struggle to fight goblins which are typically seen as weak mobs. And to see the goblins living their own lives and are relatively intelligent, even seen to be playing chess. And the fact that they also do whatever they can to stay alive makes feel me feel sort of sorry for the
...
goblins. The story is also relatively slow which is a good thing, as I feel it was properly paced for this type of story.
The music was nice, it reminded me of AOT, liked to listen to the ost's
Character development was realistic, the fact that everyone has their own distinct personality and how they grow is nice.
Overall, I enjoyed watching this anime and story was great but the art is just what I most loved about this anime, having its own aesthetic. And the character development was nice even for Ranta.
