This anime started badly from the very beginning. I thought I was just expecting something different, but that's not it. The first surprise is the style and graphics - but well, I can blame it on the fact that it is quite old. Another disadvantage is the weak soundtrack (for a long time they used a strange sound that hurt the ears). However, even this can be endured - so what's the problem? This anime presents a strange image of children. Ten-year-olds don't act like ten-year-olds at all, even apart from the main three girls who would have some ... reason to do so. Children are constantly shipped with older characters. Additionally, the main male character Minamoto is the love interest of literally every character despite being literally the most ordinary anime protagonist. Also, I find many of the characters annoying and there are too many fillers. Ultimately, this anime is saved by a quite interesting and original plot and humor full of references. So, I think it can still appeal to people that like lolis, anime about people with special abilities or interesting villians.
