Since no one else has bothered to write a review, heres my contribution to the hentai community.
Story: 8/10
Kijoku -Princess Double Kari- ,more easily found, known, and remembered as Slutty Princess Diaries, is a revenge/heroic quest hentai. There are enough scenes involving soldiers, burning fortresses, and a command tent that it feels like watching a war themed anime...but with copious amounts of sex. You can get most of the story without it being spoilertastic from the synopsis but be warned that this hentai is a /VERY/ rape oriented hentai. It also contains a few other hentai subgenres....namely Milking, Tentacles, Gang Rape, Futanari, and
...
Elves.
Art: 6/10
Firstly, let me say that overall this is a very well drawn hentai. It is not, however, a very well animated one. Animation at times seems to be choppy and looping is used somewhat frequently, resulting in robotlike movement in a couple scenes but not enough to render it not worth watching. Very colorful and pretty, character designs well done.
Sound: 9/10
Due to the mediocracy of the animation, naturally sound is sometimes out of synch so far as speech is concerned. The voices fit the roles to be played and it has a suprisingly good soundtrack. Sound effects are good as well.
Character: 7/10
As a hentai, you start watching this without expecting a whole lot of character development. You are right. The vast majority of character development (unsuprisingly)goes into Distol, the main character of the show, who also is in roughly 90% of the screen time. Distol makes a slow transition from the beginning of the show from being a good man to a vindictive, cruel warlord hell bent on conquering bartrage. Due to his obsession with rescuing her, his adoptive sister Quoona has a little character development as well.
Enjoyment: 8/10
Not a bad hentai. Definitely worth the watch despite its shortcomings. I believe it would still be fairly amusing even without the sex.
Overall I enjoyed it. 8/10

Temptation is not a show for fans of the happy/concensual) hentai genre. The subgenres that are not listed in the genre section of the page are RAPE, BONDAGE, BLACKMAIL, YURI and CATGIRLS.
Story: 8/10
At first glance, Temptation looks like your standard blackmail hentai. Main character gets caught doing something he shouldnt and is forced to do something for another person or face the consequences. fairly straight foreward right? WRONG. Temptation has that in its plot but there is a strong ROMANCE subplot. "But i thought you said it wansn't for fans of happy/concensual hentai." You're right,
...
but i cant explain why the series is unhappy without giving away a massive spoiler.
Art 9/10
The art in Temptation is very well done. The series has little in the way of looping and the director utilises all the standard viewing angles as well as pulling off some unusual methods that I have yet to see elsewhere(first 2-3 min of episode 2 are the best examples). The drawing is crisp and colorful and the animation is smooth andfor the mostpart(i cant stress this enough) loop free.
Sound: 9/10
The sound effects in Temptation are convincing and well synched. the voice acting is synched to the movement of the mouths and sound is never looped. There is a distinct lack of a musical score which is made most noticable at the finale of episode 2. Its subtle appearance changes the entire mood of the final scene.
Character: 8/10
Being a 2 episode hentai with a cast of 10 voiced characters I personally wasnt expecting there to be much in the way of character development. For the most part, there is little to no developement for any of the characters save for the two protagonists, Professor Ayabe and Sakura(

Story: 8/10
the story is about childhood friends reuniting after a space of years. nothing we havent seen before but not overplayed enough to curb our interest. the cast is smaller than most harems but in being reasonably sized to be more realistic. the harem element isnt much played upon regardless of the fact that the game was a harem based eroge(H-game). there is crude(but entertaining) comedy lightly sprinkled in this OVA but this is first and foremost, a romance. it uses a series of flashbacks that help the series along and pulls this otherwise cliche story tool off quite nicely.

the animation quality of yotsunoha is above that of the average anime. its streamlined and i couldnt find any particularly noticable flaws when i first watched it(i saw only a few the second time as i was intentionally looking for them). the characters are consistently drawn well and the whole series uses a varied color palette ranging from bright(daylight) and dark(twilight and nighttime) utilising both but not enough of either to change the mood of the story.
Sound: 9/10
the sound quality of yotsunoha was consistent and of good quality and well synched. the voices fit the characters and brought that crucial element of emotion into the story. both the OP and ED themes where catchy and are sung by the seiyu who voices Nekomiya Nono who has quite a beautiful singing voice.
Character: 9/10
considering that this series only has 2 episodes to develope 4 characters they pulled this off quite nicely. the character developement for this series is predominantly focused on 2 characters. the other characters recieve only a sparing amount of the character developement spotlight but oddly it does not take away from the story as these characters arent very important to the plot to begin with. nevertheless the characters do get developed but it cannot be described how without spoiling it for those who havent watched yet(with two episodes total theres not much i can say without ruining it).
Enjoyment: 10/10
i was greatly entertained by yotsunoha as i enjoy a good story, something short to pass the time between lunch and dinner where i have an hour and a half to spare. i am particularly happy with the ending and seeing a romance that didnt go horribly wrong towards the end(*cough*schooldays*cough*). i love a good romance.
Overall:9/10
i recomend this anime to anyone who is a fan of romance, has an hour and a half to burn, or needs a nice heartwarming anime to help them shake off a sour mood or bad ending from another anime. whether this review convinces you to dedicate your time to this series or not, try not to judge a book by its cover and always take the time to read the first few pages of any story before throwing it aside.

the clannad was a masterpiece set aside from its TV counterpart. the TV counterpart focuses mainly on the arcs of the game and the side characters whereas the movie cuts out a large portion of the cast(mei, fuko, ryou, sunoharas dorm keeper). this however does not ruin the movie even the slightest bit. the movie focuses on the mysterious dream that carries so much weight but is barely touched upon in the TV version. also it shows you the majority of the acting performance at the founders festival(a thing i was overjoyed about because it is skipped in the TVanime) it
...
also focuses on the after story of the nagisa arc(which isnt illustrated at all in the TV version) and the fate of Ushio, nagisa and okazaki's child.
that said it is unfair to judge the movie against the TV version because they tell 2 different parts of the same story. if you watched the anime you should watch the movie. if you watched the movie first then youll still enjoy the anime because it isnt spoiled by the movie.
i recommend everybody watch the clannad movie.

set during one of those rare times of peace these episodes are purely for entertainment and lend nothing to the general plot of the story. however... they are very entertaining and any fan of the series wll enjoy them greatly.
all of them are tied together in sequential order and so must be viewed in said order to fully understand the events taking place.
as these are special episodes no attempt is made to introduce any of the characters. that being said if you are reading this and havent seen/finished the anime...TURN BACK NOW! otherwise you will find yourself scratching your head and wondering
...
who certain characters are.

a long but good manga. not much to say about it.
Story:7/10
starts out at a decent pace and maintains that pace throughout. great hook with the strawberry panties. most noticeable is the very high amount of fanservice and ecchi scenes written throughout. im pretty sure there was a panty shot in about every chapter. overall a decent high school harem.
Art:9/10
the art quality is very consistent throughout the story. there are references to strawberries everywhere as it is key and themed to the plot. not too much special about this mangas art exept for the quality(and the hundreds of gushing
...
nosebleed scenes).
character:7/10
contains the usual harem cast. the main lead who cant make up his mind, his perverted friends who cant get a girl, the shy but smart girl, the tomboyish or overbearing girl, the childhood friend, etc., etc. only real exeption was kozue(who has androphobia). main lead and a few main contenders are explianed very thuroughly but others are a bit vague.
enjoyment:9/10
dispite the issues regarding the characters and the somewhat drab plot this was a suprisingly good manga. i enjoyed it the most towards the end where it got really emotional. it caused me to shed a tear, which is something any other manga has yet to do to me.
overall:8/10
i think any fan of the shoujo, romance genre should read this manga. it was suprisingly good and entertaining. as a side note: there is an anime of this manga... DO NOT WATCH UNLESS YOUVE READ THE MANGA FIRST. the anime will shortchange you storywise as entire scenes and characters from the manga are completely absent in the anime.

truly a great work. quite touching despite its shortness.
Story:10/10
the letters from war theme of the plot is a stroke of genius, bringing the characters together despite the distance. far off the beaten path most anime follow. touching climax and ending.
Art:9/10
the strongest quality of this short anime is its art. the landscapes and setting are drawn masterfully well...exept for the people. the people are drawn at a much lower quality level than the rest of the anime. character images aside this anime scored fantasticly well for being only 30 min long.
Sound;10/10
as usual, tenmon delivers a stunningly magnificent sound track.
...
proudly lending his talent to this anime to make it better than it already is. lip synching is all on target and the sound effects for the battle scenes and background are all believabl and of good quality. music adds to the emotion of the anime well.
character:9/10
while the shortness of the anime makes getting to know the characters nearly impossible the viewer cannot help but feel the sense of love the characters have for eachother radiating off the screen. absense of a main character(no constant focus one one particular individual) leads to the viewer seeing the characters thoughs and feelings and getting a unique view at the situation from both characters.
Enjoyment:10/10
i sat throught this short anime and basked in the great animation, great music, and simple yet sweet storyline with a smile on my face. i thoroughly enjoyed this one and am now seeking others by this director for similar satisfaction.
overall:10/10
a great way to spend a spare half hour. show this to your friends and family.
(side note) as i always do, i suggest watching this in japanese with english subs. its not like the dubs suck its just that the lip synching is off and the emotion is somewhat flat in english.

one of my all time favorites, this show is a crowd pleaser. disguised fanservice and comedy are inlcuded but do not mess with the plot. if your going to watch this watch in japanese with english subs(see sound for explanation)
Story:10/10
the story is very unique. war is a prevailant theme but other themes are displayed throughout. themes like love, compassion, vengeance, courage, friendship. they all leave their mark on this show. masterfully delivery of the amnesia portion of the plot. flashbacks shedding light on the story and hakouro's past in small amounts at perfect moments. based off a
...
eroge game the plot reflects the harem it was created after and adds romance to the story. however as war and combat are just as prevailant it is my decision not to characterise this as a shounen or a shoujo anime. it is both. the fact that it managed to pull off such a feat so masterfuilly has earned it a 10 in my book.
Art:9/10
the art is one of the best qualities of this anime. all the characters are drawn consistantly well with no mistakes throughout the series. character emotions are very vivid as are the landscapes. the true beauty of this anime is the battle sequences though. in most anime the animators will show still images depicting large scale combat. this anime however went all out and animated entire battle scenes with hundreds of soldiers(with extremely few art flaws) without lagging. this in itself was a feat of epic proportions. now you may be wondering...why did it only get a 9? in all honesty i would have given it a 9.5 however that is not possible on this site. it deserves a 9 because while the animation is awesome a few animated sequences are repeated. not enough to ruin the show but enough to slightly obvious. nevertheless i wish i could shake the hands of the animators for such quality work(i know how hard it is to animate combat so full battles deserves serious credit).
sound:10/10
the quality of sound is great in this anime. it has a great soundtrack which seriously sets the mood for the series. timing is perfect throughout(steel clashes when it should and lip snch is right on). the opening theme and ending theme are specially tailored for the show and as such are not cheesey j-pop singles. they fit the show and are catchy. often i find myself humming them at random times. i feel the need to get the OST(if i can find it). the voice acting is simply amazing. all of the voice actors fit their respective characters perfectly and bring out the personality and emotion very well. all in all the selection of the cast was great.
the english dubbed version was a different story enirely. the dub sucked...badly. it was on par with the naruto dub(maybe worse) believe it! i couldnt even make it through the first episode. watch it in japanese(with subs) or not at all. the dub is that bad.
character:10/10
the character set for this show is explained quite deeply throughout the show. each character has their own distinct personality(except dori and gura, they share) and background. as such when certain characters die(not telling who) the viewer is feeling every bit of the emotion and grief rolling off the screen by the characters. since the show is based of a eroge(harem themed) there is the stereotypical female cast(shy, tomboyish, innocent, sisterlike, etc.) as well as the shounen cast(warriors all, nuff said) while some characters are obviously designed to be the object of hatred from the viewers and others are your run of the mill expendable characters(*cough* soldiers), many are unforgettable characters whose personalities are things to be desired in other anime.
enjoyement:10/10
i personaly enjoyed this anime a lot. so much so im going to buy the DVD when i get the chance. i like shoujo anime(yes im a romance junkie) and i enjoy shounen(battle and blood woohoo) and i must say this anime is my cup of tea. everything i like sitting before me like a buffet. i loved it.
overall:10/10
it is as i said before, a crowd pleaser. if you like comedy, romance, drama, harem, war. give this one a shot.

an instant classic. many dark themes, irony, comedy, romance, mystery, and most of all... tragety.
story: 9/10
the show dives right in with a girl slaughtering 24+ people in a matter of minutes. she is shot in the head and falles into the sea. soon after she washes up on shore in a populated area and is taken in by a pair of college students. it becomes apparent that the girls personality is split into good and evil. with the good leaving smiles and the evil leaving buckets o' blood before switching back into good. a lovable cast is introduced one
...
by one in strange and amusing ways, each leaving their mark on the viewer. the innocent murderer(nyu), the homeless girl(mayu), the pacifist weapon(nana), the clueless imbecile(kouta), the douche with a gun(bando), the sadistic loli(mariko) and the lovestruck cousin(yuka)... these characters have deep personalities and pasts that tie them deeply into the plot of the story, drawing the viewer deeper and deeper until the end. the plot delves into the past toward the end of the series and contains a lot of emotion in the final episodes.
Art: 10/10
one of the greatest draws of elfen lied is the quality of the animation. from the moment you watch the OP sequence you know youve found something special(opening credits are based off of paintings by gustav klimt. compare them and be amazed). the characters are drawn extremely well and the backgrounds and scenery are superb as well. there is a slight overabundance of blood in this series but it is pulled off really well, as shown in the first episode. screenshots are often high enough quality to use as desktop wallpaper if one so desires(yes it is that good).
allthough there is some nudity in the series there is no actual sexual activity so this can by no means be considered a hentai.
sound: 10/10
right of the bat i found the sound quality to be very high. the into theme is a masterpiece that perfectly reflects the mood of the show. throughout the series the sound effects(particularly when there is a splash of gore) are of very high quality and there is no delay between action and sound. the lip synching is perfect in the japanese version and almost perfect in the dubbed version which is amazingly good in itself. i watched the series on both english and japanese and i can tell you the sound quality is the same in each as is the sound effecs and timing.
character:10/10
all characters are fully explained throughout the story. they have full personalities and past experiences that the show draws upon to more fully explain certain events in the story. they all have their stongpoints and weaknesses and their emotions coupled with the musical score of the story can and probably will drive you to tears.
enjoyment:9/10
a truly entertaining and captivating story rife with tragety and happyness. much violence and carnage to be found for those who love this stuff. unfortunately the ending is a bit of a letdown and leaves you speculating on what reaklly happened.
overall its a great series that touches the heart and mind that is of high quality and enjoyment.
bottom line: 10/10

a darkly humorous movie. contains a lot of rape(like many hentai)but sound quality and art are quite good. contains lots of dark humor and irony. if that is your cup of tea then you will find both the begining and the end to be hilarious. the last scene had me doubled over with laughter.
nothing particualry special about this one except for the comedic ending.
