Before getting into the spoilers since this is currently the only review for the novel I tell you to go read it because it's fucking great.
A work that inspired many others. Most people probably have at least heard of it but it's usually the movie that they mention and it's a shame. This book is truly one of the best works I have read in my life, never have I found myself so engrossed in a story I stayed up all night to read all 800 pages. I definitely recommend it for every fan of toilet bound hanako-kun as a quick overview of how the series looked at the begining.
In my opinion some of the concepts were better than the actual version we have now and some were worse. I liked the idea of one of the mysteries being Nene's ex boyfriend and Nene as a whole I think was a better character than she is now. As for the art style it's noticeable way worse than the whole tbhk manga but it seems to be just a "draft" of the story and it isn't just that the creator's drawing skills ... |
